Refused to honor Ohio tax free week. Was told we are welcome to call the State of Ohio and complain. We were a party of 14. Wonder how many people were illegally charged taxes this week?

LITERALLY some of the worst service ever. We walked in and were told a 10 minute wait when there was 3 other tables dining. Okay, we wait. We get sat. Wait another 10+ minutes for a server to come by. We get our drinks and then wait ANOTHER 10+ minutes for the server to come back. After that, anyone who would come in got sat and waited on immediately. We tried not to get angry, but the food was mediocre. Don’t get the miso soup if you have high sodium, it’s way too salty. Totally not worth the price, not even their lunch prices. We had to wait 25 minutes for the bill and we only for it because I asked for it. Meanwhile, everyone else was getting immediate service. I’d never been there before and never going back. Worst service ever and the food was just okay, so I wouldn’t even order pick-up.

First time here a little pricey but the food was great. The snap pea appetizer was good has salt and butter I believe. The spicy ebi kani was very nice. The jasmine roll was really good I think it could have use a little more sweetness to it but still very good. I tempura cheesecake was also good but very cold in the middle which made it difficult to eat plus you expect to spoon a nice warm bite of cheesecake not something cold and hard to eat. Waitress was very nice and polite. Atmosphere was kind of bougie and well taken care of.

The owner always says hello and is a extremely hard working man. I'm very thankful for for everyone that works there. Great place to eat and relax and have a drink. This was our first time dining at Jasmine. There were 11 in our party. The atmosphere was beautiful. Jesse, our server was wonderful, we did not wait for anything! Our food all came out hot and fresh. Our beverages stayed filled. And the food was amazing. This is our new go-to place! We thought the prices were more than fair. I just can't stop thinking about the chicken satay.... Honestly the best I've ever had, the fresh sushi, shrimp pad Thai were all so good.
Expensive with smaller portions. Not worth it in my opinion.

I love this place! Great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. I have been there several times and every time has been just as good if not better. My son loves the "amazing salmon roll" and Wonton soup. I love the "Cheese flowers".
