This was our first time dining at Jasmine. There were 11 in our party. The atmosphere was beautiful. Jesse, our server was wonderful, we did not wait for anything! Our food all came out hot and fresh. Our beverages stayed filled. And the food was amazing. This is our new go-to place! We thought the prices were more than fair. I just can't stop thinking about the chicken satay.... Honestly the best I've ever had, the fresh sushi, shrimp pad Thai were all so good.

I love this place! Great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. I have been there several times and every time has been just as good if not better. My son loves the "amazing salmon roll" and Wonton soup. I love the "Cheese flowers".

I am a big fan of Asian cuisine and we eat it frequently. In particular IIove hot and sour soup. I couldn't wait to get it here. I was the most disgusting soup I have ever had. When they first brought it out I told him it is the wrong soup. He said that is their hot and sour soup. I tried to eat it but I couldn't get past a second taste. Told them it didn't work for me and they still charged me the ridiculous full price it was. The chicken dish we got was rubbery. I was just grossed out. I guess each to their own and everybody has different tastes but this was just gross. Really disappointed as we have been looking for good Asian cuisine since we relocated here from the Columbus area. We will continue to look for another place.

This was my first time trying this location. I typically order from the 30th street location, but their phone kept ringing busy. I thought “it’s the same restaurant, the food will be the same.” WRONG! A couple of us ordered general Taos, in which I asked for extra spicy. The other order was to be not spicy. They labeled the containers, which was great. However, upon trying both orders, it was impossible to distinguish between the two. There was absolutely ZERO flavor to either dish and they were outrageously greasy (there was almost an inch of this thin, oily horrendous “sauce” in the container). It tasted like nothing but left a film inside your mouth. The white rice tasted like it was made in a rice cooker that was cleaned with dirty water. Something was unpleasantly pungent about it. For the amount of money that this place charges, it’s appalling. I ended up making myself a PB&J for dinner instead. These are unacceptable and avoidable mistakes. After this experience, I’m not quite sure I will ever order from the one on 30th either. It’s a shame and entirely a waste of money. Also, I waited a day to see if it was maybe better on the second day..it was not. Disappointing…

On a slow Monday evening, on a $180 three-person dine-in meal, we got two flat sodas (before the server admitted their CO2 was bad), food brought out late and at different times, the side of Sriracha sauce we ordered was a gross ketchup sauce that the server argued was "the new style" (whatever that means), and then they had the audacity to upcharge us $3 for some extra wasabi! And we got a huge dose of fake-nice service and mediocre sushi. I've been to both locations several times and spent good money. Never again. Congrats on losing customers. I hope that $3 wasabi upcharge was worth the bad review and the thousands of dollars I'll now spend at your competitors.

I have to say, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, service Wise. Yin was our waitress, I ended up finding out that she is actually the owner of this restaurant which is even worse. I asked her for a kids menu so I could get some easy to eat food for my 2, 9 month old twins, she responded that kids normally just order rice or noodles. Not super impressed that that is all they serve for kids, but we ordered the rice. Approximately 50 minutes later, our food was brought out. Our dishes tasted fine, just like normal, and obviously the kids did make a bit of a mess because of their age. She walked up to the table and embarrassed my wife horribly. She was clearly upset and made it known to us that she was upset about the mess. I included a picture of this "mess" she was mad about. My sister, who was with is, ended up cleaning it up for Yin. After all of the attitude that she gave my family, I just asked for some to go boxes and the check. It took her probably another 5-10 min to bring these items to us. Once I had the check, I ended up having to walk up to the front counter approximately 5-10 min later and pay because Yin did not come back to our table after she brought us the box's and check. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day, but this was horribly unacceptable. Especially since my entire table probably spent over $300. After going to this restaurant in the original one for years, I won't ever step back into that place, unless they reach out to me personally and apologize.
