Well Subway you lost a customer. I tired Jersy Mike's first the 1st time and loved it. You now have a loyal customer.

We order here almost weekly. After our recent visit that will stop. We have never been treated so poorly by any establishment. We placed a phone order, showed up at requested time and then stood in the facility for 6 minutes (no one else there but one person already helped) before being asked if we needed something. (The sub had not even been made yet either). The staff (5 in total) were too busy having their own discussion. We politely said we have been waiting patiently for 6 minutes. Your website says how everyone is greeted when they walk in. Really? Then the young staff decided to snap at us saying they are not dealing today. As unprofessional and rude as we have seen anyone. We will take our business elsewhere and advise others to do so as well. Unfortunate.

Seriously disappointed, and mad too. I ordered a Club Sub, indicated that I'd like oil/vinegar, and mayo on it, and turned away to use the restroom. BIG mistake. When I returned, and waited for my lunch companion's hot sub to be completed (which took an extraordinary amount of time), we took our subs and headed back to the office. I couldn't believe it when I took a bite of my sub. It was dry. None of that oil & vinegar 'tang', nor the crunch of salty and delicious bacon. THERE WAS NO BACON! No dressing, no mayo...just thin slices of meat, cheese, and a pile of lettuce. WHO MAKES A CLUB SUB WITH NO BACON??? Let alone the specified and uncomplicated oil, vinegar, and mayo request? I called, angry but calm, and the gal that answered the phone said she'd put my name 'on the list' for a free replacement at some point. But here I sat at an office, with clearly no oil and vinegar, no mayonnaise, and certainly no bacon. What a letdown. I chewed a few dry tasteless bites because I was starving, but c'mon man - do better!!
Where do I begin? I ordered a Big Kahuna cheesesteak. The kid asks if everything in it is okay. I replied yes, just don't add any tomato or lettuce. I get home, 20 minutes away, and I've got a chicken Kahuna with bacon and cheese - no onions, green peppers, mushrooms or jalapenos. I actually wasn't surprised since he was more into talking with other employees about his weekend. There were 6 employees present of which the only two productive ones were the one working the grille and his helper who was wrapping the sandwiches. If the kid making the cold subs moved any faster, he'd have woken himself up. It took so long to get my wrong sub that I started timing this kid. It took him 1 minute and 35 seconds to put just the onions on the sub! He literally would count out 4 onion slices to put on the sub SMH. The others were just standing around talking. I'll be hard pressed to go back here again.
