Wife went to the one on tusc in front of marcs in Perry township. Not one person in the restaurant. 2 people working. Orders food and pays. Waits 20 mins while girl makes 4 sandwiches while manager plays on his phone. None of the 4 subs were ours, wife got a refund and left. How anyone that lazy still has that job is beyond me. No more jersey mikes

It took forever to pay with a gift card and then longer to process a debit card. The equipment hasn't been working properly for some months now. The good news is friendly employees and good sandwiches! I love getting subs a lot but wont come back until the payment equipment is fixed.

I tried to use a gift card that wasn’t valid at their location (absolutely my fault) and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Their communication was great and they apologized several times for my mistake.
I still got the sub and tipped. Great team!

Was kicked out of this jersey mikes asking for my online order with no refund employees are struck with delusions of grandeur and wanna throw there weight around at the first provaction. Never ear here
No greeting as I walked in when I gave my order the lady who took it was really rude and disrespectful food was barely cooked and just thrown together not even on the sub when I got it I got my drink and was getting a refill just to find out they already shut off the soda machine for the night and this was shortly after 8 pm the person who checked me out had a huge attitude like I was bugging her and wasting her time while I was having my food they were all in the back talking badly about someone not paying any attention to the front area of the store the tables were dirty along with the floor the atmosphere was to where you felt like you were bothering them and when I left there was no bye have a nice night or anything
