I tried to use a gift card that wasn’t valid at their location (absolutely my fault) and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Their communication was great and they apologized several times for my mistake.

No greeting as I walked in when I gave my order the lady who took it was really rude and disrespectful food was barely cooked and just thrown together not even on the sub when I got it I got my drink and was getting a refill just to find out they already shut off the soda machine for the night and this was shortly after 8 pm the person who checked me out had a huge attitude like I was bugging her and wasting her time while I was having my food they were all in the back talking badly about someone not paying any attention to the front area of the store the tables were dirty along with the floor the atmosphere was to where you felt like you were bothering them and when I left there was no bye have a nice night or anything

We visited during lunch on a weekday. The store was very clean inside and the staff were attentive, efficient, and friendly. Our orders were made correctly and were delicious as well! There's plenty of parking at this location which is appreciated!
