We had such a great time at Jerzees! The food was phenomenal! The fried pickles were perfectly crispy, the pretzels were soft and warm, and the quesadilla burger was packed with flavor. Our waitress was amazing and made the whole night even better.
Master TC & The Visitors put on such an incredible show! I was so bummed we had to leave before they finished their set, I would have loved to hear the whole thing! I really hope they get booked here again soon so I can come back and see them play a full show!

The inside of the restaurant is small. With outdoor seating, the size doubles. We arrived at 11:30am and were happy to beat the rush (or so we thought).
There were 3 people in our party. Shortly after we were sat, the waitress came around and asked for our drink order. Shortly after that, she asked our food order. Then the place filled up. 1 of our group got her sandwich after about 10 minutes. The rest of us got our meals AFTER the 2 large groups got theirs about 20 minutes later.
I ordered nachos and they took about 30 minutes. They were tasty but, wow!
I would probably come back but well after the lunch rush.

Make sure you check your receipt before you leave. Went there today for lunch with a coworker and recieved the correct bill but the server swiped my card on his bill and vice versa. Let her know and she made an attempt to fix it and did it again. Took her 3 tries to charge the correct bill. Probably won't go back here

The food is nothing great and let me tell you about the service especially the management. Seeing paying customers standing at the bar waiting for service and sitting on their phone is no way to treat the only paying patrons that decide to stop in.

I always go there to order food. Today I took my daughter and boyfriend out there to have dinner and was disappointed with the service. I was told that we could not sit outside and eat, because my 6 yr old daughter brought in Wendy’s. They told us we had to either sit 12 feet away or order to go everyone was looking at us as we sat in the back. So we decided to leave because we were uncomfortable and felt we were being treated discriminative and poorly. The GM Bret was rude and the waitress was rushing us out. WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE!! Then they made us pay for 2 drinks that we never got! We look up the owner Christ Miggorie and was unable to reach him! We want our money back 9/16/24 5pm

I just left here and the service was great. Brett and Nikki were awesome. They even let my bring in and eat my bojangles.
Went here to eat last summer for the first time and ordered a hamburger and it wasn't cooked all the way. it was still a little pink in the middle. I should have never returned after the first incident with horrible food but decided to give it a second chance. Then came again yesterday for the Jimmie Allen concert me and my boyfriend and my sister and her boyfriend. Me and my boyfriend both ordered the same hamburger and this time they way overcooked both of our burgers. the whole top layer and bottom layer of the burger were cooked for too long it was too hard and had a burnt taste to it. and they left the buns on the burner for too long. All around the edges of the buns were hard my boyfriend and I threw our burger in the trash he couldn't eat it. Also while trying to eat there were lots and lots of nats flying all around us and all in our faces why we were trying to eat. They also must hardly ever change the oil because my fries had that old oil taste to the fries and the fries were cooked on the outside only the inside when you bite into it wasn't cooked. My sister ordered nachos and there was a hair in her food and nats flying all around her food one flew in her food and got stuck to the cheese so she made them take it off her tab and throw it away so she didn't even eat. Also one of the waitresses was standing by the bar playing with her belly button ring just nasty. This place is gross and so unprofessional. They need a better cook that knows what they're doing. Obviously, these young college kids they got there don't know how to cook. Now i can see why everytime im downtown by the Jerzee cafe you hardly see anyone eating their food you always see people only ordering drinks. It's because their food is horrible and nasty. We will not be ordering food ever again from this place I'll only get drinks.
