I walked in and one of the workers tall lady with dark blonde hair didn’t even acknowledge me and when I said I was eating by myself told me to go to the bar that it’s first come first serve she was very rude and looked angry as if she wasn’t happy working there I walked right out very poor service never coming back here again

Jerzee’s hosted the UW-River Falls football family national championship weekend and did a PHENOMENAL JOB!! We took over your space and I can’t even put into words adequately how incredible the entire staff was. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. The extra touches of putting our highlights on one of the TV’s. Accommodating music requests, personalization of the screens - it all meant so much and made the experience special. High applause to kind, efficient service and exceptional menu. Highly recommend!

If you are in a pinch, then it is okay, but otherwise the chains in the area are a far better choice. The service was good but both the environment and food were not good at all.

Apparently they start ID’ing at the door around 7pm now. We just wanted food. All of us were of age, but one of us did not have his id— which he didnt plan on drinking— hence it being 7pm and we just wanted to eat dinner. Bouncer was extremely rude and immediately had a horrible tone. This is somewhere ive been coming to for years. I understand needing to ID later in the night because of the atmosphere it turns in to, but 7pm? When families have kids that also want to eat and watch games? Extremely odd to us. Luckily the manager came over and “allowed” us in to eat. I immediately felt bad vibes afterwards. Not sure this is somewhere we all want to go to anymore. I understand servers needing to id when ordering drinks, but when people just want to eat and enjoy some games … at 7pm… theres no need for rude bouncers. Be kinder to people that are coming in lol. Not a good look for a restaurant atmosphere…. And my pizza was soggy.
I hate to be all over the place with my star rating but it really was a mixed emotion rating this place. The atmosphere is great, our waitress was phenomenal, the food was pretty good, the drinks were a complete waste of money! I am really not a big drinker but this was a night I was making an exception. I ordered three Long Island Iced Teas over a period of an hour and a half. I didn't feel buzzed at all while I was sitting at the table, but I thought for sure when I stood up to go to the restroom i thought for sure it would hit me. However, it totally didn't! I didn't have a buzz at all!!! Not even a little one!!! The drinks were so watered down that they were 100% worthless! I was really upset and wanted to ask for a refund but the friends I was with were drinking bottled stuff and didn't want me to say anything do to us having good service with our waitress.

Went for drinks after dinner. Very lively with a live band banging out some familiar tunes. Whilst the music was good it was difficult to talk whilst sat at the bar. Service was good and the drinks flowed so no complaints on that front. I would definitely return, but perhaps to check out the sports next time.

I do not think they're putting standard servings of alcohol in their drinks. Twice I've spent upwards of 60 bucks there, without so much as a buzz
