Extremely overpriced for the poor service and nasty food. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap and specifically stated no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes. I also ordered a BLT with cheese, at which they charged an extra dollar for, the BLT didn’t have the cheese nor mayonnaise and the tomatoes were green/yellow. The chicken caesar wrap was just overall nasty. Also, they only put 3 slices of bacon on the BLT. I will never go back.

Went to this west tusc store and I walked in at 740pm and I could see they were closing the entire area where all the condiments were and all the meat which was not in a refrigerated area but on the counter! I asked if they were closing and the young man looked confused although I counted five employees in the area..not sure why they were tearing down so early…the young man who made my sandwich was nice but when you order online you expect the sub to have what you’re asking for and hardly any lettuce or turkey on the sub! Very disappointed and my experience in Massillon has never been bad soooo perhaps get a manager who follows guidelines for condiments but especially meat! How easy meat can spoil! Have common sense! Won’t be back unless guidelines are followed!!! Buyers be aware

Came to order and my usual order was double the price. I figured he was new so I asked why. And he said it was the drink and the chips lmao. Stepped away from the counter and went to their app on my phone and the same exact order was half the price. When I took it back to the manager he tried to gaslight me saying I have to ask for some special when I’ve literally ate here consistently for years, same meal and everything. I understand stuff is going up in price but when the app is saying is $8 less than what you are saying in the store at the register there is a problem there. Watch their fingers as you order, or I’d recommend you order through their app and pick up in store.

Came to sit down for a bite with my friend they were blasting music and employees were singing/screaming lyrics, I couldn’t even hear my friend or my own thoughts, I get them having fun is fine. But they didn't have to blast music and scream to the music at the top of their lungs. Super obnoxious

I have mixed feelings about this location. Prior to today, Jimmy John’s on Tusc was my go to but after today I will find a different location. My order was delivered to the wrong home yesterday. Mind you I live on a dead end street with TWO houses and the house it was delivered to doesn’t even face my street (epic fail). I called the store and let them know that my neighbor down the street found my food on his porch. At first it seemed like the Manager was thinking “OH Good so you got your food so we are good.” Uuummm I don’t eat food that sat in the sun for an hour that had mayo vinegar and oil on it which also creates soggy bread…no thanks. So I asked what he was going to do to fix the mistake. Reluctantly he said I can get my order in the future since I then had something to do and couldn’t wait for my food to be delivered again. So I call today about getting my order and the Manager proceeds to make statements like “You won’t be able to request it being left on the porch and he could add me to a conversation with the owner.” All stuff he didn’t even have to say and at that point it felt like he was making it look like I was the one that did something wrong and not the employee that didn’t even deliver my food to the right STREET or house. Literally DO NOT care what the owner says and what changes he is making. So me being a Manager myself told him the changes he is speaking of are understood but making the customer that had her food delivered to the wrong street and home feel like a lair is not what’s up and definitely not a good look on the store. So I advised that they take the “leave on porch” option away to all customers. Thumbs down to the Manager for deflecting instead of taking accountability and apologizing for the mistake his employee made…zero customer service skills and I recommend more training. Jimmy John’s will keep my business ELSEWHERE.

This location definitely never holds back on portion size. And seems to always be made with love lol. Its is a little pricey but what’s not now and days. You get what you pay for. That being said. Make the FIRECRACKER WRAP A PERMANENT MENU ITEM!!!!!! Bring it back bring it back!!

Delivery drivers aren't worth tipping. They must be the same ones that WingStop hires, because they CONSISTENTLY forget to bring the drink. Every. Damn. Time.

I've ordered from here many, many times over the past month. Every time the order is incorrect . Every time!!!!! It's not that difficult. I order the simplest of sandwiches, yet the workers here don't seem to care. I'm done spending hard earned money at a place that doesn't care about the quality of their food

Hey there Jimmy John's - you have priced yourself out of any more visits from me. The staff was great, the food was delicious...but I am NOT going to pay $10.10 for a sub that's not much bigger than a jumbo hot dog. Nope. Especially not when there are Subway coupons on the bulletin board here at work that'll get me a footlong for $6.99.
