ALWAYS an issue with my order here. Never anywhere else. Easy lettuce somehow equals a lot of lettuce. Overdone subs or soggy subs — no in between. One piece of meat for a GIANT? Honestly, the girls that work there cannot make a consistent sandwich and don’t understand the difference between curbside and in-store pickup. Smh.

Only JJ location I have an issue with and it’s every time. Never fast, and always the wrong orders, or something wrong with my sub. This time there was 7 workers and 5 of us waiting over 7 minutes for our sandwiches. And for JJ that’s terrible….

I had been calling Hudson Jimmy John’s for days with no answer so I decided to try the Canton location even though it’s a further drive. I spoke with Ginny, trying to place a carry out catering platter. She was incredibly pleasant. She was so kind and repeated everything back to me multiple times to ensure all expectations were clear. I am very satisfied with the service of the Canton store.

I’ve ordered here multiple times through JJ app. My lunch breaks are very brief so I opt for “freaky fast” food delivery options. Time and time again I’m disappointed at the extreme delay in delivery (talking 60+ minutes to get a freaking sandwich). Will not be ordering again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, was on bread as hard as a brick- got them replaced- same thing- employee said the bread had been sitting out “awhile” and they were out of fresh bread, its in the oven.Employees were polite, but the quality here has gone down the tubes- goodbye JJ

I have ordered from this store many times using the online ordering system. I did it again today and even though the order was shown as delivered I never received my sandwich. I called the store and they said it was on the way. Now it's been 3 hours and still no sandwich. Forget this place. Get Jersey Mike's instead.Update:I followed the directions below and I have heard nothing from the store regarding the fate of my sandwich or any refund.

Friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! It took no longer then 15 minutes to deliver my sandwich from the time I hung the phone up. Delivery guy was really cool as well. Thanks for the great service!
