This place was delicious! Very good pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and our picky eater cleaned his plate of pulled pork mac n cheese. Pro tip: the coleslaw pairs very well with the sandwiches.

Kennedy’s is Canton in a paper boat: fall-off-the-bone ribs, smoky enough to perfume the whole parking lot, and root-beer floats so cold the July pavement can’t compete. The green-and-white stand hasn’t changed much since my grandparents’ date nights—thankfully.
Staff still call you “hon,” the meat still falls apart with a look, and every bite tastes like small-town summer.
Sharing a few photos from our visit so you can feel the nostalgia before you even pull in. If you’re anywhere near Stark County, hit Kennedy’s, roll the windows down, and let the smoke bring you back home.

The service was not good. If you enjoy good bbq such as Sonny’s bbq and mission bbq do not go here.

This place is old school and nothing fancy, but the food is incredible! All the meat is smoked. I had the slider trio and the pulled pork mac and cheese. My slider had turkey, brisket, and beef. They were smoked perfectly and tasted divine. Their relish is so good, I was eating it with my fork plus, I took a pint home with me. It's a great place to try!

First time there but definitely my kind of place. They've been in business for over a hundred years and best guess is things really haven't changed all that much lol. That said, it definitely won't be my last visit. I had the pulled pork and bean soup and loved it. Great service too. If you love local diners and or barbecue like I do, I definitely recommend.

I took mom here for lunch and our 1st visit to this Canton institution. I like to support these hometown shops, but we were both disappointed in the food quality, especially with signature soup and sandwiches. Price and atmosphere weren't issues. This was a cozy little site and they have a good following. I'll be giving this place another try because...

Probably the best hidden gem in an hour radius.
I first went here as a kid and I regret to say that it took me more than 15 years to get back. That being said, the food and flavor was exactly as I remembered it.
High quality, low cost food that is made on tradition. I got the sliders with pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket along with a great cup of the ham and potato soup.
Walking in here is like taking a step back in time in the best way possible. From the 4 booths, a couple tables, and 8 barstools, saying that this place is a great “little” spot is an understatement.
Before we added two slices of pie to our check, both of us would be walking out full for only $22 total. I can recommend Kennedy’s enough.
