I ordered 2 big box chicken dinners, order number 321354229. When I went to pick them up, I was only given one drink. I questioned the counter person that brought my order why there was only one drink, and he stated "that is all you get, one drink with that order." It is my understanding that each of the big box orders should have included a drink. When I called the store later I was given the run around on why I was not allowed to have a second drink with my order. Eventually the person on the phone said I could come back into the store and get a second drink, at which time I was five miles away. I believe I should be compensated for the drink that I feel that I paid for and did not receive. The person on the phone stated he was the manager, and that since I ordered online I could not receive a refund, there was no way to do that online. Again it was stated that I could come back to the store and get a second drink. When I stated I was going to contact Kentucky Fried Chicken he said ok and hung up on me. I am not happy about this experience.

Food is always spot on,review looks not so good ONLY because of things probably out of the crews ability. I have had to drive to Massillon numerous times because I couldn't go in the restaurant and order..why is that a problem? I drive a beater of a car and the window doesn't go down so I go in.....or to Massillon. Massillon restaurant doesn't shut/lock up at 7pm.I live on other side of Tusc at Canton KFC ..and the neighborhood isn't that bad to chalk it up to bad part of town. Staffing doesn't appear to be the issue ( although it could be I work in the service industry I know how that goes)seems like there is enough staff, crew doesn't seem stressed due to help shortage...NEVER an issue with the food!

KFC on tusc Canton ohio..... took 15 minutes to order them another 15 to get the wrong food and have to drive home to find out and then all the way to ANOTHER KFC to get my wife the right food. (Which they were great) Go Cleveland Ave kfc

Came at 4 pm. waited in the drive through for probably 20 minutes. workers were slow and unorganized. didn’t get the correct order. chicken was old. don’t come here.

I ordered delivery. They used a 3rd party delivery company,doordash.
My dasher left over 60 dollars worth of food at the wrong house. They tried to double back and pick it up,but it was gone.
I have the entire text message conversation with the dasher,but after a 20 minute phone call with kfc,and 2 days of waiting,they are refusing to give me a refund,because the dasher marked the food as delivered,before realizing they had the wrong house. 😑

This KFC is horrible. We placed an order at the Speaker, then waited 45 minutes in line. Once we finally got to the window, "Don't be mad at me, but that chicken I told you we had. I sold it yonsomeone else. We have no other chicken."

Trucking Like a soldier

Chicken quality don't exist. A chicken breast equal size to a wing almost 5$. Close this place down. Ain't nobody coming here

Alice that worked the drive thru was RUDE!!!! My chicken was raw and I didn't even get everything I ordered. This place is horrible. I been going here for years and the past year the service is awful. Management really need to get this place together.
