I took a late lunch and I chose KFC because I haven't had them in a while. It was approximately 5:45 pm, Friday, October 17th. I ordered the bbq 3 pc tender meal on the board outside. I received something that was too spicy for me to eat. And now, I have no food for my lunch break. Now I see why they have less than 4 ☆. I won't be going back to this place.

Hands down worse kfc I’ve ever been to. Got told to pull around to wait on my food and it takes 8 minutes to receive my food. Then they bring me the wrong chicken littles I wanted 2 classic and got 2 spicy ones. They tell me they will run new ones out to me. I call back 12 minutes later and I’m informed employees are no longer going outside that I need to come thru the drive thru. I’ve currently been sitting in line for 3 minutes now. My order was $22.88 and I’ve been waiting on my food since 8:30. It’s been 23 minutes and still I’m back in line waiting this is absolutely terrible management. I originally pulled up and paid at 8:20 per what my recepit says.

Workers are always extremely rude will sit around and do absolutely nothing. All while they make you wait 45minutes in an empty drive thru. Ask you multiple what your order was will walk away and continue to make you wait. Asked me 5 times before a manager came up and asked and the order was sitting there. The food quality has gone down badly. Service is terrible. No matter when I am there as a customer or as a door dasher it takes for ever and their service is terrible. Do not expect to get the right order either. They won’t even apologize about the wait all while they sit on their phones and talk with each other.

Perhaps it was just a busy time, but it took 15 minutes to get a sandwich and potato wedges. I drove back to the hospital 5 minutes away. The potato wedges were very hot. Sadly my sandwich was not. They seemed to have plenty of help. People were very friendly. Another person had to also wait a long time for wedges.

The thighs are the smallest ones I've ever seen , they must go out of their way to find small ones. I certainly cant find thighs that small at the store ...

This place is just going down hill. My husband went for pickup through the drive thru. He had to tell three different people that it was a mobile pickup, before he got our food. I ordered a 20.00 fill up box. When he brought the food home, it was in three different bags. The original recipe chicken was overcooked or had been sitting under the heat too long. We also did not get any of the sauces we ordered. This place is a huge disappointment.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 8 pc family meal with all chicken breast. Got home and only got 5 chicken breast and no biscuits. Called store to resolve issue and no one would answer. To top it off, chicken was dry. Paid over $40!
