Lobby closes at 7pm. Employees all herd at the dumpster and smoke instead of taking care of the line that wraps around the building. Can't get your mobile order on time because you gotta wait in the regular line. Always expect your food to be cold or your order to be not correct !

put an online order through got there A couple minutes after the time then had to wait inside for awhile before I was even asked who I was there for then started making my order even tho it said it had been done just for the food to be made with no effort.

Terrible customer service. Went to Tuscarawas street tonight. Ordered my food. Got to the window and got my food. It was wrong. I got the rest of my order and the girl threw it at me. Didn't even put the side in the box, just in the bag. Not sure if they were having a bad night or not but that was uncalled for. Very unprofessional. Will NOT be going back there. They need some training!

Waited for 20 minutes and they got the order wrong. Had to wait another 20 minutes and they still got the order wrong. Go to ANY other KFC

I ordered 2 big box chicken dinners, order number 321354229. When I went to pick them up, I was only given one drink. I questioned the counter person that brought my order why there was only one drink, and he stated "that is all you get, one drink with that order." It is my understanding that each of the big box orders should have included a drink. When I called the store later I was given the run around on why I was not allowed to have a second drink with my order. Eventually the person on the phone said I could come back into the store and get a second drink, at which time I was five miles away. I believe I should be compensated for the drink that I feel that I paid for and did not receive. The person on the phone stated he was the manager, and that since I ordered online I could not receive a refund, there was no way to do that online. Again it was stated that I could come back to the store and get a second drink. When I stated I was going to contact Kentucky Fried Chicken he said ok and hung up on me. I am not happy about this experience.
