We placed a mobile order this evening. Said it would be ready in ten minutes. Get there and we wait in line for an HOUR waiting for food. Finally pull up to the window and our order is still not ready. Can see staff through the window moving at a glacial pace despite the huge line. They hand us part of our order and say it will be around two minutes for the rest. It was closer to ten. To make this experience even better, the fries were overdone. Clearly some issues going on, no communication, and no apology for the long wait. Would have left if we hadn't already paid. Please do better.

35 minutes in the driver thur with only 4 cars ahead. Ordered on mobil app and said all food was ready. Waited 20 minutes once I was at window. I can see what direction this company is headed. Move over Checkers and big boy. Looks like 3 workers who are dancing around not working.
