35 minutes in the driver thur with only 4 cars ahead. Ordered on mobil app and said all food was ready. Waited 20 minutes once I was at window. I can see what direction this company is headed. Move over Checkers and big boy. Looks like 3 workers who are dancing around not working.

Great service. The food doesn’t taste as good as I remember
I went in KFC Thurs. To order food. Inside. I stood there for 10 minutes while there were six employees there and on clocking in. The manager was pouring gravey , (looked at me) the drive thru person looked at me through the rack, there was a guy that looked at me but had a pc of chicken eating, was a talk man came to the counter to give food to a lady didn't say a word to me. There was another guy shorter walked by the counter twice didn't say a word to me , another person getting food. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE GREETED ME . So I left and went across to Everhart Rd KFC for me food. I love 3 blocks from KFC on Cleveland ave. So I told the other manager from Everhart KFC what happened.

Whoever was working the night shift deserves to be fired. After taking forever just to get to taking my order they proceeded to give me overcooked chicken and after they gave me my food they told me to get the f out of there. Terrible service from the employees.
