FYI, never leave the store without checking to make sure your order is correct. Ordered a two piece combo box and a three piece combo box; however when I got home the two piece box was correct, the three piece box had one lousy wing in it. Tried calling the store and they didn't even bother to answer the phone. Nothing like a complete lack of respect for the customer.

Went in and they have added a kiosk since last time I had been there. So I ordered my food was ready quickly. The girl working was not very friendly but she fixed everything right.

Just went through the drive through a little while ago & was served with the best & most curteous, kind girl thru the drive thru. I’m a stay at home mom so she doesn’t even realize she was my adult interaction for the day & it proved to be a good one to get! Thank you so much! Great service!!

So this is my second time in 2 weeks having a problem with kfc and thought I'd warn others. If you place an online order and pay on your phone they will NOT refund you and will give you the run around and transfer you to multiple people who you can barely understand. I waited in kfc parking lot for 30 mins on the phone with customer care for food I didn't receive because the order was wrong and their manager said she isn't able to refund that I had to call this number. 25 mins later still not resolved and had to go somewhere else to eat. The first experience last week was that online will tell you it's ready but then arrived to store packed and manager said there was still 9 orders ahead of mine and short staffed. Had to do same thing with customer service with again no response and no refund so was able to have manager remake the next day seeing as we had already paid and customer service never issued refund like they say they will or will tell you someone will reach back out to you the following day and never does. I enjoyed eating here occasionally with my family but after this kind of customer service I dont think ill ever be back. I've also not been refunded for the order yesterday so guess its just a loss and we won't return. Customers beware if trying to place online order!

Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! He wouldn't do anything for me. I said "but I did what you told me to do!" Crickets. I asked for the manager. She seemed really mad that she was pulled from the back. I repeated the situation. Crickets again! I ordered the food anyway and politely asked for contact info to the KFC regional office. She said, "If you're asking me for a phone number, I'm not giving it to you". (email would have been fine). When I noticed she was slurring her words and her eyes rolled around I decided the best thing to do was walk out. Mind you, I was polite the whole time. I realize that these are franchises, but they are still controlled by contract with the KFC brand. My advice would be to have a professional outfit do your interviews when you hire your managers. If the market is so tight that you have to take what you get, close your doors. PS: I've read other reviews. Apparently, the employees like to roll their eyes at other customers.

Evening of Thurs Feb 6 2025: The gentleman who waited on me was the best, kindest person that I've met in awhile. KFC keep this gentleman and he'll be a great associate for years. I can see advancement in his future. Thanks and blessings to him.

Food is great and dining area is clean. Unfortunately the service isn't great. I've ordered ahead of time twice for a pick-up 45 minutes later just to be told that the order wasn't ready. Both times I've noticed that I'm the only one waiting inside or had one other person ahead of me with either one car at the drive thru or none at all. I order ahead of time for several reasons. Both times I was not given any explanation as to why it wasn't ready. I don't recommend ordering for future times. If you have the time go in and eat. If you don't then just go to a competitor.

So happy to go to a fast food store where they give you friendly service and don’t make you check out at their kiosk if you don’t want to. They helped us with a coupon and a gift card without any hassle and we would happily come back again!
