So this is my second time in 2 weeks having a problem with kfc and thought I'd warn others. If you place an online order and pay on your phone they will NOT refund you and will give you the run around and transfer you to multiple people who you can barely understand. I waited in kfc parking lot for 30 mins on the phone with customer care for food I didn't receive because the order was wrong and their manager said she isn't able to refund that I had to call this number. 25 mins later still not resolved and had to go somewhere else to eat. The first experience last week was that online will tell you it's ready but then arrived to store packed and manager said there was still 9 orders ahead of mine and short staffed. Had to do same thing with customer service with again no response and no refund so was able to have manager remake the next day seeing as we had already paid and customer service never issued refund like they say they will or will tell you someone will reach back out to you the following day and never does. I enjoyed eating here occasionally with my family but after this kind of customer service I dont think ill ever be back. I've also not been refunded for the order yesterday so guess its just a loss and we won't return. Customers beware if trying to place online order!
Don't Uber food from here. They cannot get an order right!

Evening of Thurs Feb 6 2025: The gentleman who waited on me was the best, kindest person that I've met in awhile. KFC keep this gentleman and he'll be a great associate for years. I can see advancement in his future. Thanks and blessings to him.

Food is great and dining area is clean. Unfortunately the service isn't great. I've ordered ahead of time twice for a pick-up 45 minutes later just to be told that the order wasn't ready. Both times I've noticed that I'm the only one waiting inside or had one other person ahead of me with either one car at the drive thru or none at all. I order ahead of time for several reasons. Both times I was not given any explanation as to why it wasn't ready. I don't recommend ordering for future times. If you have the time go in and eat. If you don't then just go to a competitor.

Never in my life have I ever wanted to have a business disappear. I am simply not threatening, but only wishing the worst karma will be strike by God himself. I am here to announce, once again, that they have forgotten my honey mustard. Whether it is doordash or through drive-through, this building seemingly wants to punish me in the worse ways possible. I will once again reiterate, who gives, A THREE PIECE CHICKEN MEAL, WITHOUT SAUCE. I have no idea where my other review went, but let this be a reminder.
I am simply not hating on the workers, as I understand the pressures of dealing with people in general when it comes to food service. I know the people sit there in the drive through, impatiently waiting, sitting in their car hangry for their chicken and mashed potatoes that they could’ve made at home. I understand, However, There is someone in that building who is hating on my being. I simply will not give into their negativity, but just know, I am manifesting that you hit every single red light and that you have to be behind every slow walker that there is wherever you walk. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
