The drive through window is so convenient and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I know Free Topper Tuesday is a big draw, but don't sleep on 7 dollar sandwiches on Wednesdays. Best chicken parm sandwich around.

Always a great place for food and drinks. Stop by after golf and something told me to try the pizza. One of the cooks came out and said he l8ke the taco pizza and I was very pleased with how good it tasted.

Got a topper large pizza, was baked to perfection đ đ, absolutely delicious, best pizza in Canton, the lady at the windows is always friendly, will be back thank you guys!

This was unfortunately not what we expected. The young man who was behind the bar was incredibly scattered and overwhelmed for whatever reason. He needs training or the support of another staff member so the guest experience isnât impacted like ours was. We sat for 15 minutes before he was able to greet us even though there were only 2 tables sat and 4 people at the counter. Everyone else seemed set so we just figured maybe he was catching up as some other tables had just gotten up from the look of things. Finally comes over and no menus in hand just hi what you want to drink? We asked for beverages and menus. Walked by a couple mins later. He said he poured our drinks and forgot them. Comes back with drinks no menus. We used our phones to look at the menu before he brought them. Ordered 2 side salads, 12 wings well done, Jesse fries, BLT, and a mini 2 topping pizza. Jesse fries came out first followed by the well done wings. Asked about salads and he said they would be a minute. Salads come out next and then we asked about the rest. Said couple minutes fry was backed up. Pizza came out next. Wasnât piping hot so we were kind of confused. Then asked about the BLT since it was for the kid at our table, took another 10 minutes. Itâs just bacon lettuce and tomato. I donât know what was up but when we went to the restroom the kitchen was kicking it and clowning so they werenât that busy in the back as we know they do take outs so we had blamed it on that but then didnât. We have been before and usually have the lady bartender serving us and things are always fine. Maybe it was a bad night for him, maybe he was scattered for another reason but all in all it was disappointing and not what Krausâ is about normally. Next time we will request one of the ladies.

Waited over an hour after the little girl on the phone told me 30 minutes then forgot my second order of jojos so when I called back she was super rude and acted like I didnât just call and talk to her then proceeded to tell me there was no order under my name as if she didnât say it the first time I ordered our food

Growing up in Canton this was always one of the beat pizza's around! We decided to get it one night and it was soooo disappointing!! The wings were still good but that is it! The pizza was like cardboard and very hard/dry... definitely not like it used to be! Our kids couldn't even eat it and asked for boxed mac n cheese instead. Maybe just this location? Not sure... but Definitely not the same as it use to be.

This place has gone straight to trash with the new owners. The so called managers don't give one care. They are rude and never give a care when orders are wrong and service is bad

This place has went down hill especially in customer service I had to return food and they didn't want to remake then when they remade it it was worse than the first time to ensure I don't come back that's ok because I disputed the transaction on my card so I had the last laugh bunch of junkies
