This would be a 5/5 if the service and time management was better. I drive from Alliance to get the pizza because it’s outstanding. They don’t skimp on toppings and it’s all high quality. However, I always order 2-3 hours in advance for a certain time since I do have to drive a distance. Every single time I go to pickup, first, the bartenders don’t acknowledge you for 5+ minutes. They only acknowledge you if you’re drinking. Then, when they finally acknowledge you, the food is never ready at the time chosen. I always have to wait 20+ minutes for my food. So unless you need your food at your promised time, I would recommend this place for pizza anytime.

We have never eaten at Krause's before we were there because a friend of mine was playing music there on a Sunday. He had ordered a copper pizza. It looked good, so we ordered one extra cheese, sausage, Mushrooms and green peppers. Almost $25! We were Amazed at how expensive it was. When we got home ,the pizza, it was not sausage peppers, mushrooms
Andextra cheese. It was onions, green peppers, and sausage. We would've just let it go and eat it, but we do not like onions at all on our pizza! I called the restaurant. They were very nice and said bring it back. Will remake your another one or refund you. I immediately went back, brought the pizza
back and I said I'll just take a refund. Someone else came out that was very nice and said I'm sorry the other employee made a mistake were not allowed to give refunds. It's either replacement or make another one right now. I wasn't so happy because I was afraid something would go wrong again. , We really prefer a refund.We did not want to eat a pizza it was late, so we decided to have them make it another time. The employee was extremely nice, very ApologeticAnd offered to put free wings with the pizza. He put my name in a book told me just tell the representative you're in a book and you won't have to pay. I thanked him and left. The following week or two we re-order the same thing to extra cheese, sausage peppers, and mushrooms . The employee was confused with the information that my name was in a book and that the wings were going to be included at no additional charge. He seems like he was not happy with the. Free pizza and wings. He had a little bit of an attitude. I waited until the pizza came out and the wings. And he said that'll be $15. I said what is the $15 for and he said it's with the wings. I said well I'm not supposed to be charged for it. He wanted to give me that for the inconvenience and the guy was not happy about that. He rudely said fine. I felt very uncomfortable so I offered to pay for the wings. He said now and just walked out of the room and went back in the kitchen. When we got home, we were just hoping the pizza was what we ordered. Well it was what we ordered, but made very poorly. We almost thought it was on spite. There was hardly any cheese, never mind extra the other extra mushrooms , Green peppers and sausage were extremely slighted as well. On the topper pizza there is a lot of dough and the dough looked like it was cheese, but wasn't.. At this point, I am disgusted! $25! They should've done a lot better. It really made us not want to ever get food from there again. I felt strongly about talking to the manager and telling him about my experience, to hopefully let him understand that consistency is important and maybe another customer won't have to go this. He came on the phone and did not seem like he wanted to talk to me, he seemed annoyed. I asked him if he'd like me to call a different time. He said now he has a minute if I can make it quick. I thought that was rude coming from a manager when a customer wants to talk about a problem they had. I told him the story he made excuses that the ingredients are different so they don't look the same, and that things were expensive now so they put less on, and they are really busy so when they made it, they didn't realize they didn't put the required amount of toppings. . I couldn't believe that he made excuses for all the mistakes that were made. I would've thought he would've been concerned and thanking me for my input and apologized. I was not looking for another Pizza, I do not want pizza from Krause's again. I just wanted to let him know. Hopefully it would help another customer not go through this.. From what response I got from the manager, I doubt anything is gonna change. So with that said, I will never go back and my advice to people don't buy a topper.

Went to order a couple orders of jojos and some chicken was left on hold for 25 mins hung up and called back and then left on hold again for another 15 then I just gave up and called Lindsey's

I came in at 10:25 got ignored by the bar tender for 20 mins and go to place a food order and she tells me the kitchen closed 10 mins ago... (I work until 10pm) This is the 3rd time this has happened to me here... Each time on a Monday and I am ignored until the kitchen closes.. This will be the last time I try to come here. Service sucks and I go out of my way to come here.. Now it's 10:50 and most places around stop serving food at 11... Guess I'll each taco bell...

Walked in with the family, sat down at a table. Was excited to try this place, all I have heard was good about their food. Waitress said she would be with us in a minute. She asked another woman to wait on us, couldn't hear what was said she laughed and went back to the kitchen area. Then the waitress that said she would help us out in a minute, about 10 minutes later was telling someone at the bar she was out of tickets, and couldn't take orders. Sucks because all I have heard is good about the food here. Maybe next time if i ever decide to come back someone will be able to take my order so I can finally try Straus pizza, and chicken wings? I don't know. That was absolutely mind blowing, finding reasons not to serve customers, that just want to eat, pay their bill and go on with life. I can't say the service was bad, it was just non existent for us. Didn't even get a menu... nothing.

Fun atmosphere, great pizza. I had a pizza with the Kraus Topper, an extra top crust with cheese. Outstanding. Live music was very good and not overly loud, which is a big plus.

Pepperoni, sausage, hot pepper topper is the best pizza ever. Lol. The crispy topper just makes the pizza. There are a ton of great pizza places in stark co, but this is the best

The drive through window is so convenient and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I know Free Topper Tuesday is a big draw, but don't sleep on 7 dollar sandwiches on Wednesdays. Best chicken parm sandwich around.

Always a great place for food and drinks. Stop by after golf and something told me to try the pizza. One of the cooks came out and said he l8ke the taco pizza and I was very pleased with how good it tasted.

Got a topper large pizza, was baked to perfection 👌 👍, absolutely delicious, best pizza in Canton, the lady at the windows is always friendly, will be back thank you guys!
