We were totally disgusted by something we just saw after picking up our pizza this evening. There were two ladies outside on their smoke break when we were leaving and by the time we were backing out of the parking lot they came back inside and immediately began making pizzas 🤮🤢no hand washing, just got behind the counter and started working. I was glad my son was with me and also noticed it. We will never be back again. I just hope and pray that we or anyone else doesn’t get sick. Too bad because we have been going here since we moved to Perry township four years ago. I’d rather stay home and have a frozen pizza than risk it with this place.

Got the topper pizza there. The last 3 weeks in a row been outstanding!! This week picked up our double crust pizza and it looked like soup supposed to have been well done. I don't know if they were training new employees but it was absolutely terrible...

Super bummed! I've been a customer for over 20 years! Don't order online if you need to make it for a later time!! They will make it AS SOON AS THEY GET IT! My pizza was rubbery/chewy because they made it 1 HOUR AHEAD OF TIME!! They said that is a doordash issue?! I paid $60 for overheated pizza/JoJo and cheese bread (which was a ROCK)! The employee was rude about the whole order and Nothing was offered to compensate the mess of an order! I'm not saying the whole order needed to be refunded but come on Kraus' you really dropped the ball. I'm highly considering not coming anymore. There are plenty other pizza shops to choose from, that's for sure!!

So sad. Been going there for over 40 years. The last pizza was just as bad. I thought I would try one more time. The dough was over an inch thick. What happened? Will not be back. My adult daughter feels the same.

Usef to get double crusted pizzas here all the time, we moved and only get here once in awhile and this is always where we want pizza from on our way home, the inside has been redone, new owners and the food was def. Disappointing we ordered a large double crusted with the works (which is now a bacon something or other) and it was the size of a medium you used to have to eat these pizzas with a fork they were so stuffed with toppings and very affordable, ours this time was very thin, small as stated above, just not as good and the price I pd. For this pizza about the price we pd. For a double crusted party pizza last time we were here!!! What a shame someone new takes over and tries to change things. So sad

We have not been to Kraus on West Tusc in a long time. We where reminded why we havent been there this evening. Personal pizza has correct on label. Pepperoni and hot pepper rings. We received pepperoni and sausage. Food was cold. Meatball sandwich was gross and cold. I can make a better meatball sub at home. How is this place still running.
