I've been buying pizza from Kraus' for 30 years and I've honestly never had a bad pizza or chicken order. They are the only place in town that I am aware of that has a double crust pizza and it's to die for! The staff is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend ordering from Kraus'

I️ usually leave great reviews because I️ know How hard it is working in this type of business. So I️ try To give credit when it’s due . I️ got A large pizza and chicken with potatoes and it was the worst pizza and chicken I️ ever Had. No seasoning, the pizza was burnt and also the guy working had an attitude and a little rude . It’s just sad I️ didnt Even leave a tip because of his service also found a long piece of hair in my food I️ couldn’t even finish it. I️ will Be contacting management and also disputing with my bank I️ spent 40$ on food I️ couldn’t even finish.

40+ year customer. Just doesn't hit like it used to. Poor quality, underwhelming flavor and inconsistent baking. Sometimes it's barely cooked to overdone burnt cheese. The people working are always awesome,, their product just sucks. I'm done eating here.

Very disappointed. I've eaten Kraus' pizza for over 50 years. Tonights pizza was soggy to the point it seemed as though water was poured on it or the toppings green olives and banana peppers were poured on with their juice. I've never in 63 years had a pizza that was soggy. Not sure what happened to this pizza but definately is not edible.
