When I entered this shop, there was a line of 10 people. The staff at the register and the staff in the kitchen were all working really hard and everyone was kind and respectful. They were getting people's food and getting them out the door as fast as possible. It's a great shop!

Poor hygiene and food safety. Workers and manager were making pizzas/food without wearing gloves. When the manager and one of the workers came up front to bring out orders I noticed that their hands and nails were dirty.

Ordered on-line, set pizza for an hour for pick up went to get my pizza the time I chosen to get it went in and to my surprise it was not done and no where close to being done and you know when they screwed up cause they will not even acknowledge you are there. They truly need management adjustment. I will no longer go here. Absolutely horrible service.

Waited 30 inside mins inside for “ 3 hot n ready” (2 cheese pizza and a pepperoni ) people came in 20 mins after me and got food the same time i did , cheap good food , terrible service
