They said pull up it’ll be 15 minutes which turned into almost an hour until we finally got the pizza because they forgot about us. I used to work here almost 8 years ago, doesn’t seem like it changed. maybe they should get a better system to track their orders honestly and the service would be better

tried to claim they didn’t get half my order in the system after they handed me A box with my receipt on top clearly stating I had more, they just didn’t have it ready. made me wait in the hot weather with my family. not the first time this has happened here

I ordered 2 orders of the party pack puffs and when they delivered the boxes were half open, smashed and one box was completely empty. I called and the person who answered wanted me to drive in to show them. If I order to be delivered I’m certainly not driving there. I’ll never order from them again!

We've been getting hot and ready pizzas for about 15 years, first at the Cleveland Ave. location, and at this location for the last 6 years. Quality has always been fair to good. Today we picked one up that was barely luke-warm, stuck to the bottom of the box, and tasted like it was made yesterday. Absolute garbage.
My fiance always chooses to come here. I'm Not sure if it's just bc it's super close or super kinda cheap.. but the saying you get what you pay for is really weighing down on all the fast food joints lately! Everything tastes different and cheaper and quite frankly gross 🤢 if we don't get a hot n ready made fresh I can't even stomach it plus the sauce is to spicy or something, gives me the worst heartburn!👍

March 22nd around 4pm. This place is horrible. The guy at the window with black gloves and goggle type glasses very unfriendly. I ordered a deep dish pizza and Italian cheese bread. The bread had just came out of the oven so that was good. The deep dish was burnt and hard. I called to complain and was told ok. That was it. Never again. People who work with the public should have a personality and the pizza should be edible!!!!
