Walked in, stood there for a little over 5 minutes with 3 employees just looking at me the entire time. Was going to place an order, but decided to go down the street to Domino’s instead. They had my order taken and pizza ready in no time. Don’t waste your time here.

I went to the 4750 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708 restaurant (GENERAL MANAGER CAUCASIAN WOMAN BALD BLONDE BUTCH TYPE CLAIM HIS NAME IS SAM) to order to 2 pizzas they were dry, cold, and barely had any cheese on them. I asked the manager to make them fresh, she replied I just made these not even 5 minutes ago. I continued to ask for fresh pizzas. She asked me to pull to the parking spot and it would be a 10 minute wait. My children, fiancé, and I waited in the parking spot for close to 20 minutes. No one never brought our pizzas out. I drive back to the drive through window and another worker handed me the same exact pizza from 20 minutes ago and 1 newer pizza. I gave the pizza back and asked for a new 1. The manager argued that it wasn’t the same pizza and she isn’t giving me a fresh pizza. She then snatched the box from my hands while raising her voice while talking to me. I told her to quiet her tone and stop yelling at me. She was so upset she could barely get the pizza box back into the drive thru window. She then yelled at me to give me back the other pizza repeating it multiple times. I told her no this pizza is fine it’s just that 1 that is old. I asked her why did she want the other pizza back she said she was giving me a refund because she refuse to give me fresh pizza. I told her no. She then called the police. The police came and asked me what happen. The officer went in the restaurant to make the manager give me a fresh pizza. This was such a horrible experience. My kids were in the car and wondering why this woman treated us like she did. Also I’m 3 months pregnant and this woman was getting combative and aggressive with me just because I asked for fresh food. She said she didn’t care her name is Sam and also said to me do you think I’m scared of you in a threatening manner when I mentioned calling corporate. Something needs to be done because it’s no way I should of been treated this way just because we didn’t want old pizza. I will never be visiting this location ever again, if I ever visit any of your locations again after this experience.

It's a Little Caesars. Hit or miss on food poisoning from this one over the years (infrequent, but more than once). The staff always seems disinterested in lobby customers and drive thru waits are nuts. My advice is to order ahead, but don't expect it to be ready on time or contactless in any way.

The menu board was broken when I went in there. I ordered the crazy bites or whatever they're called because I wanted to try them. It was warm food that wasn't terrible and filled my belly. I will say though I ordered that 5:45 p.m. and the bites were clearly older.
