I will never ever order from any little Caesar’s any more because of this place and it doesn’t even matter if you call corporate because this location is a franchise and they have not helped me get my money back for a long order I did not get all my food on Sept 14 when some employees just walked out. When I called they next day like they told me to all they said is the make the food for me. I’m like no that was yesterday dinner.
When you call to talk to the manager people just hang up on you and I asked one lady how I get my money back and she told me to call corporate. Even when corporate try’s calling this manager or location they no answer. They should be closed down or hire all new employees they should not even be in business anymore corporate office is a joke as well

I have been coming to this location for years and have never been told I could not customize my pretzel crust pizza to have extra nacho cheese on the pizza. Lady on the phone claiming if she doesn’t have a button for it in her POS system she is legally not allowed to give out what is being asked. Never in my life have I been turned down from any Little Ceasars chain (including this location) until today. Literally told her that I would pay for just an extra side of cheese sauce. I have been up charged before and have no problems paying for it. This is very poor customer service. And was perfectly delighted to hear I will be contacting corporate. You bet I will be. Little Ceasars, learn to promote employees that know how to accommodate and not lose more money for your stores! Thank you Ms Christine for you wonderfully nasty attitude and non-existent make it right ambition!

10/26/25 employee was to busy smoking weed (could smell it in the building and outside) to take our order waiting like 10 mins just to pull around and find her smoking. Find better employees. Better take your business to the McDonald's or Taco Bell down the street they don't ignore you.

The Manager Christine absolutely has the worst attitude ever under pressure. The customer service from her is extremely poor. She felt the need to yell at a couple customers cause she was behind on orders instead of apologizing for any inconvenience. She didn’t have a hat or hair net on nor was she wearing gloves as she was preparing food. She also refused to do a cash drop for her employees who aren’t allowed to do so and yet made the youngest one there try to do it and the drawer messed up all while customers including myself were in the lobby. She has a nasty attitude: not one single customer was greeted coming through the door and the atmosphere was full of intense negativity from her. I got there approx 5:45pm finally my order was taken in the lobby at 6:11pm and I didn’t receive my order until 6:40pm. Extremely unhappy with the customer service and how she treated customers as well as the two employees she had working with her. I do have pictures of her not wearing proper attire while making customer orders. The register was also opened under another employees name who was not at work during these hours.

Im kinda disgusted with this place. Nothing worse than being sold a rock hard pizza and being told by the manager oh its ok I would eat that of I were hungry. Then of it wasn't that its the fact no gloves are worn or hand washing in between of items or other items hitting the floor.
Like you messing with food products.
No one wants to eat stones from the floor your walking on.
Just gross.
And then being ignored on my order with stuffed crust and when I checked the lady still lies to customer face.
Someone need corporate or higher out there
Food and health violations everywhere.
And what the hell is up with window wait time. 30 plus min.
Same stupid manger doing nothing.

It’s little Caesar’s so what did I really expect… I ordered food online I had 20 minutes to wait until it was done. I arrived on time and when I pulled up to the window, the employee just stood there and stared at me like a goof ball….so I just told him The name of my order he turned around to another employee who immediately started cussing Saying that they gave the order to someone else a DoorDasher…. The man turned around and told me that they accidentally gave it away, which I don’t know how you made that mistake but you know what things happen. No big deal. He said there’ll be 20 minute wait for me to have it remade. I told him could speak to a manager to see what they could do about the inconvenience. She told me she can give me extra breadsticks. I politely declined because the right thing in my eyes would’ve been refunding my money and remake my food, but in all realness, I probably would decline that too because they all looked so dirty that I wouldn’t want none of them making my food… as I’m getting my refund back, the one employee is still cussing. I truly have no clue what she’s talking about so I just started cussing back because who are you talking to …the manager giving me my money back thought it was funny and I quickly realize that whole staff in there is just a bunch of nobodies with nothing and I wouldn’t even give people like that the time of day to get a reaction out of me. I’m simply going to call corporate and ask them to give me something for the inconvenience and never return back to the Tus location.

10/09/25 6pm Ordered a pepperoni crazy puff combo with a Pepsi the puffs were flat and had no pizza sauce in them and were kinda burnt I called and talked to the manager who waited on me light skinned guy with a beard very rude and poor customer service skills he told me he didn’t know who made them and there was nothing he could do about it since I threw them out! I might add when this manager came to the drive thru window and I told him my order was phoned in he brought a pizza to the window and said duh what am I doing??? You ordered crazy puffs! instead of treating the customer like they are a criminal when you people made the mistake and sent that nasty burnt food out the window you as the manager should be looking into whose making the crazy puffs with no pizza sauce in them thats why they were flat and burned I should have checked the order before leaving but I’ve been going there for years and never had a problem and never seen this manager guy either shame on
you!!!

I walked in to the restaurant approximately 7:05 tonight (9/26/25), after a lengthy wait I was helped. The gentleman at the register was very polite and opologetic for my wait, he did his best to get me taken care of quickly. His register froze at the end of my order, He asked the manager for help in retrieving my order to provide me a receipt. The manager spent the next 45 minutes trying to pull up my order, then proceeded to insinuate I was a liar even though I placed the order at the counter, she got very upset and rude with the gentleman when he told her my order had gone through and even stomped around slamming the doors on the pizza heater. The other 4 employees kept apologizing for her behavior. Finally I pulled my bank statement up on my phone and showed her the order had in fact gone through . An absolutely horrible experience, I'll spend more somewhere else for better service next time! THIS WAS THE LEADER OF THE CREW!!! Get it together or close your doors.
