Walked in and everything was dirty and disgusting. We were only one in there. Everyone standing around doing nothing. We turned around and walked out.

I was just there and the guy that took my order was very nice. When he asked for help because he couldn't find the fish basket special the blonde girl that came up was yelling what and called Jim a idiot cause he couldn't find and the preceded to talk to him like he was dumb how to find it which was very ride an unprofessional
When they brought my order up which he told to separate the fries and make sure the fish was fresh they did the opposite and gave me old fish which was so dark almost like it was refried to make it hot but don't quote me on that. I drove a long way to get LJS and was very disappointed.

The establishment was just plain filthy. All the table were dirty with food debris n hand grease on some of the tables. I used to live in north canton area long time ago n eat at this restaurant. When I ate here it was spotless. It sad 2 people who manage this restaurant don't care about people health because 2 lazy 2 due there job. What a shame...

Grabbed Long John Silvers. The service was good, but the fish was tough, old. The hush puppies were tough as well. I usually don't speak badly about restaurants, but I hope this changes. I want to come back.

We drove almost 30 minutes to get Sims Long John Silvers and it was very salty and not fresh we were very disappointed we didn't check before we drove all the way back home

Do not go here for Long John Silvers !! You can only taste the old grease. Hushpuppies were on uneatable. I didn't finish half my food because it was just so bad.

Stopped by there because we were in a hurry and my wife wanted taco bell. I was going to stop at Charley's cheesesteak but decided,I haven't had Long John's in quite awhile. I decided to get long john silvers. I wish I wouldn't have made that choice. We ordered in the drive thru. The kid at the window said to pull into the parking lot because they were making it "fresh". We waited for at least 15 minutes. Finally, I went in to get my food. When I attempted to eat it, the hush puppies were so hard couldn't eat them, the shrimp and fries tasted like old oil. The fish was also way over cooked. The chicken was barely edible. My wife's chicken soft tacos were more like chicken jerky. This location should try harder. What a shame and a waste of $20.

The employees were standing in the kitchen talking after looking at me and my husband which several of them saw us waiting, we were the only ones in the restaurant stood there for about 5 minutes before going to the drive thru. Ordered 2 fish dinners got to the window waited at least 5 minutes if not more was handed the wrong order. Went back inside and the employees were extremely rude with us. The food was absolutely disgusting the coleslaw is sour and going bad, the fish was greasy, the hushpuppies were burned. DO NOT RECCOMEND! WILL NEVER GO BACK!

They told us “they’d be right with us” for 20 minutes. Never even got to place an order, so we left. Should be zero stars.

Waited for 15 minutes and order was never taken. Walked out and went elsewhere
