By far the best restaurant in the downtown canton, out pacing some of its competitors in the area. I've coming here on and off one thing always remained the same consistency. Food is always delicious, service is great. I went on a busy night every table filled and the server informed me the kitchen may be a little backed up and The staff still promised on getting my food on time. Lucca is my favorite place and my happy place. The staff are always friendly and are excellent servers. You can't beat the food. I enjoy the chicken piccata as well as the salmon just to name a few. If you try it, you'll be hooked just like we are.
We started with the calamari appetizer. I loved the peppers tanginess against the smooth sauce. The calamari itself was a little chewy, but combined was a good dish. The halibut special was fresh, flaky and delicious. My husband had the pork chop which was big enough for two meals. Love to see a downtown restaurant booming. The place was packed!
