We went there for a catered party. Food was very mid especially for the prices. More like truck stop food than a high end steak house. The celery was limp. The broccoli side was cold and barely cooked. All of the food seemed to be barely seasoned. After going there for this catered, party I would never go back on my own just for dinner. Definitely do not see the appeal of this place.

If you're looking for a nice place to celebrate or treat someone, I Highly recommend you consider spending your money elsewhere! For the price you pay to eat at Lucia's, you should expect exceptional quality and flavor. Right? This is no longer the case here. If your business can't deliver quality, flavor, accuracy, presentation...a plate worth the price, then decent portions, and service should help make up for it. But if you're consistently dropping the ball on every. aspect. of the dining experience... why raise prices? Your customers deserve better! Lucia's staff all need to take more pride in running their business. Bring back the quality you were known for since 1940's, or charge a fair price for the lack of care you seem to have now. After several seriously disappointing visits, I'm going to agree with several friends and associates THE NOSTALGIA Just ISN'T WORTH IT ANYMORE.

We had dined in tonight for a birthday and we had 8 in our party. 5/8 of us did not enjoy our dishes. The pasta special was beyond undercooked and the veal Marsala was chewy and flavorless. Sadly I just don’t think this was how it use to be. Our service was great but sadly the food wasn’t. Hopefully next time it will be better.

I had eaten here once before and was very disappointed with service and food. We decided to try one more time. The food was excellent. We had ordered a specialty drink which was awful. The server got permission to give us a different drink. We both ordered a glass of wine. I ordered a glass of Riesling and to my surprise my small glass of wine was $17. When I questioned the Server, she said she made a mistake and the cost was $15. Mind you we had dinner, dessert and coffee. The coffee was $3.50. I don’t mind paying premium dollars for food and drinks. But $15 for a glass of wine was ridiculous! Will not give them a third try.

Loved the atmosphere for table of 8. Meatballs were delicious; steaks were cold and gnocci was okay but not great. i qoukd go back for another try. Desserts were also fine.1/2 cesar salad was great!

I just ordered 2 pasta dinners and wedding soup tonight, for 55 dollars...and it absolutely sucked... pasta was overcooked, sauce was completely bland and no where near enough of it, when I ordered extra sauce and didn't get it.the dressing for the salads was straight oil. The wedding soup smelled so bad we just dumped it down the drain. But the bread was good... I can't believe the reviews this place get... obviously most people have never eaten real Italian food... I'll never be back

The customer service at this restaurant was above and beyond. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. The steaks were thin with the exception of the Boston cut steaks.
