Unfortunately this visit was NOT the best. My filet had gristle thru it. When the manager, who was wearing a wrinkled, untucked plaid shirt, no tie came over and asked about our meal, I told him it wasn’t the best, a lot of gristle in both mine and my husband’s filets . He kind of shrugged and said, well I can offer you a dessert. WHAT? How about a new steak?!?!? Our server came over and offered us a dessert. Something we really weren’t interested in to begin with, but we ordered it anyway. That was when she told us he only offered us one!!! I guess it didn’t really matter that BOTH our filets were bad!!! I felt sorry for our server because she was a delight! It will be a long while before we return there for dinner. There are way too many restaurants in the area to return to a mediocre restaurant!

They had a huge party last night and as a result a few things went awry….an exceptionally long wait for our food and a very over cooked steak. We have always lived this place so it was highly unusual. The manager could not have been more apologetic or accommodating. He even sent us home with my favorite….hot peppers. Talk about brilliant recovery. This is the type of service that makes Lucia’s so special.

They must have had an off night. We have been to Luccia many times and had some nice but not memorable meals. Tonight, despite the good service and nice warmly light room the meals were dreadful. I had steak Diane. The sauce taasted like the liquor had not been cooked off. The meat reminded me of the Swiss steak that was served in my college dorm cafeteria. My wife had chicken masala. There were three mushroom and a weird sauce with the dish served over pasta. It was not the rich brown sauce they had previously served. All in all, a big disappointment. We won't be back for a long while.

My husband and I had dinner at Lucia's Saturday night and were a smidge disappointed in the food. We've been coming to Lucia's for over 30 years. We got engaged at the old location so very familiar with their steaks. My petite filet was very small and cold. As you can see in the photo, my sour cream container was almost as big as my filet. While I expected a small filet, I was surprised at how small it actually was. The shrimp cocktail was just basic. Bread was very good. Server was fine. We spent $130 plus tip with no alcohol.

My husband and i had a fantastic dinner last night at Lucia’s Steakhouse in Canton last night. I cant say enough about not only how great everything tasted, but our server, Gary, was amazing. I got the pork chop with broccoli, and my husband got the strip steak with a baked potato. Everything was prepared perfectly, the salad and warm bread were very good, and a bottle of their house red wine blend was reasonably priced and was very, very good as well. No additional charge for using a credit card either. We will definitely be back!

There were 4 of us. I got my Martini spilled on me as they sat it on the table, ,Wait staff laughed. Ignored it happened. Choices are really limited - Steak or Pasta. Appetizer was just OK, It was Artichoke and crab; not enough toast to eat the entire dish. This place just didn't have a theme. It was about 1/2 full. We ordered a beer, she couldn't bring it until she took back our used glass so she could wash it. . . weird. . . and she told us that. I had the pork chop, she said they recommend med - I should have ordered rare.. . . It was overcooked. No one's meal was anything special for their inflated prices. We won't be back, --PS their wine list was large, but bad options. Again, , was this a steak restaurant or an Italian restaurant. . .we couldn't tell.

overly priced food for absolutely nothing. brought me raw chicken and refused to comp my 2 glasses of wine it’s laughable. no apology no nothing, that’s the service you receive here.
