We were from out of town and needed a place for the rehearsal dinner for 38 people for my sons wedding. Visited and ate at the restaurant and chose this restaurant. Communication was great for long distance. When the day came… everything was perfect. Staff was wonderful, food was ready, came out hot and to perfection. Even when I forgot about dessert, the staff and chef made it happen. It was a wonderful experience.

Waitress wasn't the best took my order down wrong and I received wrong food had to wait 20 minutes on my correct order while my husband ate .sat with empty drink glass while waiting on my food ?

The food was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had house chips and zesty calamari, followed by sea scallops, a seafood pasta special, and soup for entrees. Every dish exceeded our expectations. It's such a delight to have this restaurant in downtown Canton. You won't be disappointed with your experience here.
Great restaurant! Love everything about it, the ambiance, music, service- and the food is fabulous! I had the scallops with mushroom risotto- yum? While I was enjoying my dinner I smelled something delicious going to another table, it was the smoked pork chop, definitely going to order it next time! If you haven't tried Melange you're missing out .

My guy and I stopped in for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. It was our first visit to Melange and we absolutely LOVED it! The cocktails were fabulous (try the Bananas Foster Martini - incredible!) and the food was superb. Lexxie took care of all of our needs and is one of biggest reasons that our first visit will definitely not be our last. The new pre fixe menu was a wonderful choice. Absolutely loved the ambiance and the Rat Pack music playing gently in the background was amazing. Thank you so much to the entire Melange team for making a special evening even more special!

By far the best restaurant my wife and I have ever been to. The steak is perfectly aged and cooked.
Waitress was definitely not well versed with menu and gave wrong info and really made our dinner cost go through the roof portions of 4 oz was barely 1oz and the prices for the food and quality definitely did not match up

Last week we chose Melange in downtown Canton for a Friday night birthday gathering of 8 people. Dinner was delicious and the service perfect. Daria, Natalie and Ken ("Leonard") were all exceptional! Can't wait to go back.

Went for a valentines dinner and we really liked it. The Ultimate Surf & Turf is highly recommended. Tomahawks can be tough to get right and Melange did a perfect job. This was a great meal for two (or three). Service and atmosphere also five stars apiece.Thank you!
