Worst Marcos ever. Ordered a pizza deal online that included a dessert. Didn't get the dessert even though they said we saw the driver leave with it but we can't check the cameras until Monday so we will call you then with that update. That never happened either. Won't order from Marcos again.

They screwed up my order, and told me it was policy to have me bring back the messed up items. I ordered delivery for a reason! Then the Manager, Misty, told me that they couldn't do anything without my returning the item. She was short and impatient with me when I asked what I thought were valid questions, such as the concern about returning food from outside. Isn't that a food safety concern that deals with minimizing contamination? When I asked for the corporate office, I was given a local cell phone number instead.

So i called about my concern and i was told i had a credit for the xl pizza that was this past tuesday. So i call today and im told i dont have a credit and a apology. But no credit as i was told 2 days before

Do not order from here. They do not honor their credits. My order was messed up the manager applied a credit to my account. And when I called in to redeem they did not acknowledge the credit. The employee was extremely rude and not understanding. I have been ordering from this location for years. But I will no long be giving them my business.

Their food is good but sometimes they deliver sometimes they don’t . My house is 2.5 miles away and is a 6 min drive . I thinks that’s insane not to deliver other then that they would of got 5 stars
