This pizza is always hot on arrival and tastes so good! We prefer the thin crust deluxe and the pepperoni magnifico. Service was only 4 stars because they’re normally about 10-15 mins behind schedule. 9/10 still worth it though.

I'll keep this short. After ordering online for pick up. I waited 20 min past my pick up time. The person working the counter asked my name 5 times. Looked through the pizzas on the warmer and said it was coming. After asking my name for a last time he found a lonely pizza that had been sitting there for almost the entire time I had and I got home and they hadn't topped the crust or even CUT the pizza .I'm done with Marcos. I loved them in the late 80's as a college student in Toledo but I'm done. Oh and Marcos, only reason I'm reviewing you here is your feedback link on your website doesn't work.

Food is good but they always just have the one girl working by herself in the mornings. You can tell it's stressful for her as she has to do everything without help. Really hope you guys get her some help soon. If it's an issue with not having enough people the managers should probably step up since that's why they get paid the big bucks ,or take someone from the night shift because they seem to have plenty of help unlike the morning. Can't keep punishing the poor girl in the mornings due to not caring.
