Mary Ann Donuts Shop

There is no way on god's green earth that it should take me thirty five minutes to get a cup of coffee in two doughnuts from a drive through?

Stopped in the morning after being in town for a wedding. Grabbed a couple of donuts and drinks for our three hour drive home. As my husband was paying, i went over to grab a few more napkins than what was in our bag knowing we would be eating in the car. The cashier loudly snapped at me—“There are napkins in the bag!!!” —people literally turned their heads. It was quite embarrassing. Needless to say, we just took our donuts and scurried on out. Not sure if I would cone back again.

I will be going to Tusc store from now on, I went to the Hills Dale store, bought 6 doughnuts 5 cream sticks and 1 double chocolate, the display shows you the fresh new doughnuts I pointed at the ones I wanted and the server went to another area and gave me doughnuts, I got home to eat them and thought these are not fresh, I am figuring they gave me older doughnuts, very disappointed Mary Ann was my favorite 😞

Love this cafe-style donut shop. The staff were so kind and accommodated our questions about the donuts and the coffee; since we were visiting from out of town, we didn't know how good the donuts are until we tasted them.
We sat at the counter and enjoyed the coffee and donuts with locals who seemed to be happy and comfortable there.
The name is of special significance to me and caught my eye as we were driving by the evening before.
What a cool spot. Get the maple bacon or the pecan maple donuts.
I had to buy a mug with the special name on it to take home with me.
This feels like a special place when you walk in and the staff make sure that every person is attended to with kindness. Much appreciated and hope to be back again soon!

Man, you've gotta love Mary Ann's! The doughnuts are always a treat, but what really gets me every time is how awesome the staff is. I was completely torn on what to get—everything just looks so good, you know?
The lady behind the counter was super patient and helpful. She walked me through some of their most popular options and even gave me a recommendation for something new to try. They didn't rush me at all, which I really appreciated. It's that kind of friendly service that makes me want to come back just as much as the doughnuts themselves. A solid 10/10 experience!

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order I placed through this morning 9:20am. I ordered a BLT on wheat with an egg and cheese, but it arrived on a raw, untoasted English muffin instead. There was no mayonnaise, and the sandwich had barely any bacon.

This was not the quality I expected, and it felt as if my order was treated carelessly. I left feeling frustrated and let down, and I wanted to share this in hopes that it can be addressed.

Came in side to get a dozen donuts was told will be right with you waited and waited they waited on 3 drive thu cars and basically by the time they were finished hardly any donuts to pick from we left without getting any

I grew up with this brand. I get inflation but $31 for 14 donuts. You literally made them half the size and raised the price in the last 2 months. I had 1/3 of the box empty with 14. I took a 15 year break from your company I think I'll take another 15. Your ripping people off donuts cost very little to make. I'll buy from a local who wants to keep customers.
