New to the city & went here before it was a lil piece of hair on my burger but I thought it came from my hair I wasn’t sure then tonight I goes there my kid eating her fries & Pulled a long piece of hair out her fries & then the person who took my order got my order wrong 4 Times I’m beyond pissed never again !!

Today is Friday February 28th 2025 it is noon as I am writing this about 10 minutes ago I stopped in at the local McDonald's downtown after running a few errands for my mother and genuinely just wanted to get a bite and use the bathroom. I had to use the bathroom pretty bad so the first thing I do upon entering the store is I walk to the counter and asked to use the bathroom. The worker who begrudgingly got up and walked from where she was sitting to behind the counter told me that I had to purchase some food before I could use the bathroom I told her that I planned on buying some food after I got out the bathroom to which she reiterated that I have to buy the food before I enter the bathroom. Upon hearing this and seeing that this place of business really doesn't care about their customers I walked out. I really wouldn't feel like I had to make as big of an issue out of it as I did if I didn't know for a fact that there's been multiple times where they just let people use the bathroom who asked and didn't buy any food. I have some friends who work here so I can tell you that there are in fact some hard workers here but the old lady at the counter clearly hates her life.

I stopped here because I’m a rideshare driver and finally got a break to use the bathroom. I also love the caramel frappe ((yummy)). But they wouldn’t let me go until AFTER I made my purchase. Then they told the worker not to make my drink until after I went to the restroom? WOW! REALLY? These people should respect rideshare drivers a little bit. We barely have time to stop and go because many need to get rides. Then you have a place like this not helping a bit!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bathroom is disgusting. I would keep it locked too. Worry about that! At least pick up the toilet paper off the floor

This location charges extra for toppings and condiments. Light lettuce is 30 cents, light mayo is 40 cents, and adding tomatoes simply isn't an option. At the other locations around town, you can get the exact same meal with extra everything (and added tomatoes) and it would be nearly $2 cheaper. Definitely not a good deal at all. Only reason this isn't 1 star is because they made my order pretty quickly and I got all the free extra toppings I ordered. I figure the price difference is because it's a different franchise, but there's no real logic to it. Drive a few minutes down the road to the one on Cleveland Ave and you get way more bang for your buck.
