Most of the time if you get the right tech you get great service. 3 times I got techs that really messed up my nails. Aside from that they are quick to get you seated at a station the staff is nice.

I went here one time and when I did I was rudely shut down when I tried ordering biscuits and gravy. Got a pop since I was in line amd it was even flat. Nothing that cant be fixed here though.

Hot food, good quality. Never an issue there. Long waits at times. Short staffed, probably intentionally, like everywhere else in the world. John and Nancy weren’t horrible to work for as a kid but they are definitely squeezing every possible cent out of their locations. Lot of people complaining about the homeless. Maybe consider they just want a place to rest briefly, get out of the heat or cold, sit on something that isn’t concrete for a minute or two. Maybe have a decent bit of food. I’ve treated them with respect every time and never had an issue. Stop punching down or laterally against the people who aren’t your real enemy.

I'm going to say this place treats people well for where it's located in the heart of Canton where there is NOTHING but a 1,000 homeless people. I was there awhile waiting on a greyhound that never showed & they treated them with decency

Didn’t have ice cream for a McFlurry. Probably lazy workers who don’t want to clean the machine. Replaced the McFlurry with 2 raw apple pies. Lazy and incompetent

Well seems that they cannot fix their milkshake machine. It's been going on a month. The owner is so cheap that it can't even put some money into that and get it fixed. So sad. Actually I would give them a thumbs down and wouldn't even give them a one but we have to give him at least a one. So really bad. Bad bad business
