The drive-thru lady wasn't very pleasant. Don't know if she was having a bad day or what. My fish sandwich was lukewarm! Soggy lukewarm fries, kids didn't want them after the 1st bite. Was pressed for time so I didn't bother going inside or back through the drive-thru. Their new promotional Grandma dessert drink was disgusting. Tastes like straight-up fake chemical flavor, waste of money! My kids hated it! ?

Service was beyond horrible! Ordered online and had actually took us a little longer to get there. Went through drivethru to pick up order but had to pull forward to wait on order. After waiting 20 mins, I went in to find out what was going on just to find out they gave our order to the wrong car. They then explained that they were out of all pies after giving ours away. After watching the employee at the drivethru window do nothing, I mentions, several times that I still need all five of my drinks. Finally received my food but was till missing two ice coffees. Even though they asked what I needed plus I mentioned twice after that, it seemed as if no one would make my ice coffees for me. After standing there a totally of 49min, I walked away without the ice coffee because my food was getting cold! I had asked for extra BBQ but received none! Pop was watered down from ice melting while sitting and frappes we're almost completely melted even though I had to wait to receive them!
This is.... without a doubt....the absolute SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to. I could've gone to Outback and ordered a medium well steak and gotten it faster. And with less attitude. And with the rising prices.... Outback would've cost the same, too.

Slowest service ever. They made us pull in to a spot, then came out twice to ask us what our order was. At one point they said they could only make 1 of the 2 Big Macs we ordered because they were out of Big Mac buns. We changed the order to a quarter pounder instead and then they brought us the original order of 2 Big Macs. Took 15 minutes total to get our food.

Very poor performance by all the staff!! 25 minute wait for a ten piece nugget! I watched three different people get the wrong order and the kid working there was really rude! Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Burger

The people working the windows were polite and friendly. The food....what a mess! Four cheeseburgers were slopped together, even one with pickles thrown to the outside. Ketchup everywhere! And the fries? I'm positive someone lost the salt shaker lid and just dumped a pound of salt on them. The were uneatable. What a welcome to a new town.
