Go there everyday , order $10+ in food , asked for a cayo of water and was told “ we don’t have cups of water right now “ I hate their bottled water ! Are you serious and the girl at the second window is TERRIBLE! The one that takes your order the last at the first is great and the other lady but this lady is ALWAYS

manager was very rude when I asked for no ice in a drink ( typically you get your own drinks) drink wasn't even made yet.
Food was nasty, fries and nuggets was nasty and tasted like they'd been sitting awhile and the strawberry shake was nothing but liquid and tasted like it was all syrup. I don't reccomend this location to anyone.

Wow. I expected if there was a mess up the management would be more accepting. However being called a liar and getting a refund instead of a remake, that's very poor. How do i get nuggets where some are super hot while others were not as much. Can we still request fresh made items? My anonymous profile is the only way to not face backlash, and it's only 1 manager that works there. Even after using the email they have for any issues, I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. Other stores are more accommodating than this one. But then those that manage these complaints have 'flagged' me as a bad customer. Seriously TTCO, this manager hated me so much he CALLED SOMEONE as I was making the complaint email. Seems like that manager has so much weight he can BAN customers since he now Refuses me service, but no other managers do this. Clearly this is a hate crime. One which your company did nothing about. May this review remain to show others what a Bad manager can do when he's influential with the higher ups.

The young man working had an attitude while I was ordering and then gave me a stale hard old burger for my order, the bread was as hard as a rock . The people at this one always have an attitude.

Waited in drive through for 40 minutes. Was given the wrong happy meal which I gave back. They lost our order and tried to correct it but still gave us the wrong sandwich and a four piece nugget instead of a 6 piece. One of our drinks was also wrong. The woman working the window was slurring her speech and so confused. Terrible experience and very frustrating to have our order so wrong.

We just went through this drive thru. Young man in the first window who took our money was very nice. Now at the second window The guy that handed us our food was very rude. As he was handing us our food I try to say hey sir this isn’t our order. He shut the windows and walked off. So my wife and I went in to tell them it was the wrong order. He handed us a bag with two fries three cheeseburgers and a kids meal. When we really order a number five which is 10 pc nugget meal and a number one which is a Big Mac meal. We was not rude or disrespectful we was just trying to get our correct order. He kept asking my wife why didn’t you tell me and I said I tried to say sir but you just walked right away and he looked at me and said I’m talking to her. Hold up I don’t give a damn who you talking to I’m telling you I tried to get your attention . He was very unprofessional and rude and kept saying it was our fault. Absolutely horrible.

The whole process took far too long. I had to wait for close to 5 minutes for a drink cup because the employees were busy talking bout the personal lives.

literally the worst mcdonalds in canton ohio. the employees are so careless and the big dark skinned guy had an attitude and was yelling through the window. management needs to retrain these employees asap. took us 10 mins in the drive thru, never again.
