Came in the morning only words were spoken was "pull around" wasn't greeted at either window and was given a soggy hashbrown and cold mcmuffin. This is the WORST McDonald's, would go to the mahoning road location before this and that says a lot.

I have GOT to stop trying to give this place another shot! This woman, who made it PERFECTLY clear that was "the only person up front" has got the WORST attitude about her job ever! Look lady...if your job is so horrible, GO ACROSS THE STREEET and work! There's more jobs out there! No need to make all your customers pay the price for you being unable to handle the pressure of being short staffed like EVERY OTHER COMPANY out there is! NOT GOING BACK!!!

Did not order. Went to drive thru sar for 29 minutes and the car in front of me didn’t even order yet. Told to hold on and would take order in a minute. I will NEVER go back to this MacDonald’s. Went to Dueber, friendly and order was taken right away. If short staffed, close inside and do drive thru only.

After I placed my order at the kiosk, I waited for 10 minutes and never got my order. The girl said twice she would be right with me. Nope!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! Ridiculous….and they get $12 or more an hour. They should all be fired! I would have given them a zero rating if I could have.

Went for iced coffees. Had to pay tax, never before have I paid a tax at drive through. Also asked for cream and extra sugar. One coffee came no creamTold lady at window BOTH TAKE CREAM AND EXTRA SUGAR. She acted like I ruined her day making a guttural complaint. Also asked if they both had extra sugar, she said yeah. TOLD HER YHERE BETTER BE OR I'LL MAKE A PHONE CALL TO CORPRATE. I GET JOME NO SUGAR IN EITHER ONE. COFFEE WAS BITTER AS HELL.TRIED TO CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN TO MANAGER. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE# TO CALL.SP I CALLED CORPORATE. Save your self some grief and anger , DO NOT STOP AT THE ONE ON RAFF ROAD. GO TO ANOTHER ONE , OR BURGER KING ACROSS THE ROAD.
