The only reason this dump gets a 2 star is because the breakfast shift is great. That said, afternoon and night couldn't be more rude and incompetent if they tried. One of MANY instances, I got 1 double cheese with xtra onion, said it loudly at speakers and got bitched at, at pay window for her not hearing me. Got to 2nd window, and they told me to pull forward and wait. WAIT, for one sandwich. 5 minutes later, they brought it out, I got down the road, and it was PLAIN... Management does and let's worker's do whatever they want with no accountability. Elementary kids are better behaved and competent. FYI, most negative reviews of this place are legit. I'm fairly certain employees are skimming money from this store, owner better get a clue..

i rarely get a caramel frappe w extra caramel drizzle. but it’s never extra. literally charging me to give me a normal frappe. let down every trip 👎 i paid extra & i don’t even want to go in & have it remade because i’ll likely get my drink spit in. /:

Literally the worst place to get food in Canton, OH. The employees are rude and always clueless. The order is never right no matter how you order your food through the drive-thru, in person, or delivery. They are literally ripping people off and have no clue how to handle customer service or food. If I could give them negative stars I would not think twice. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.
They forgot an entire persons food/meal and zero fries for any combo of multi other meal's. How do you get by charging this much for quick food and miss the mission every time while never addressing your store to try and fix the problem.

So Everytime I come to McDonald's they are not caring either the always burn my bagel where it is hard as a brick or they do not add sugar in my coffee. I've waisted so much time going back and forth to get my food right. They will be rude and tell me to come in and pull around when I just waisted all that time. Their not taking their job serious and their getting payed free money and messing up your food. You'll go back and they give u someone else food where u have to come back

Just went in to the building to use the restroom. Girl at the front had her airpods in and didn't say anything to the people waiting in line. Then another girl comes in from the restroom and puts fries in a bag with no gloves on. I had to leave. The place is visibly dirty. I would not trust food from here.

My french fries were hard... Not sure why they seem fresh but they were definitely hard. I did not get my drink, until I went back in and asked for it. The staff did not seem rude, everybody was actually kind enough... Just wasn't a clean atmosphere. The tables were dirty.. My hamburger patties had the same color as silverware dishwater. Eewww.. My drink was delicious tho...
