I had a coupon from valentines day good until 5/2026 and I was treated like crap and turned away from using a valid coupon. I won't be returning to this location. He went to ask the manager and they didn't even catch the issue.

It's been a few years since I've been to this particular McDonald's because last time I was given a raw burger and no one answered the phone or did anything to make it right..
So this trip was no better 😞
First off the girl at the cash window was very rude, when I pulled up to the speaker the little automatic thing that comes on-I could barely hear it, so I tried to tell her that I could barely hear it, she said I didn't say anything and closed the window in my face.. that was very rude and unprofessional..
Second I ordered a sausage McMuffin lightly toasted and it's burned (like always)

really seems to me like McDonald's in general is garbage anymore.. the employees are rude and disrespectful, the food is never made the way you ask for it to be made, and the prices are ridiculous especially because you don't get the shit that you ordered the way you want it

Just got a completey raw burger and have been trying to call and keep getting a busy single..
Never fails every time i go to this mcdonalds something is messed up!!

Order on the app got in there and waited 20 minutes because the worker with the yellow weave kept her back turned the entire time. I watched her be rude to other people as well. Nobody came to ask me my order number or anything like that and I’m not the person that wants to be rude so I didn’t try to rudely like yell at them to come up there. I watched this girl make a DoorDash order and literally sling it at the lady and say here instead of thank you have a nice day. Anything was better than what she did and then when I asked the lady that caught eye contact with me is that my order back there she said yes, the same girl that slung the order at the lady said here Said I called her name out. I called that order now I was there for 20 minutes. Nobody called no order out on top of that. He would try more than once if that was the case, Makes me feel sorry for people who could have hearing impairments like my child. She literally said she was tired of this shit and laughing about the way she was treating people worst customer service ever. I’ll never go there again. I was so upset. I didn’t even get my drink. I told him to keep that I’m cool.

If I could get this to the owner that would be great. I pull in ask what time do you close he replies in one minute. Hm I did not ask how much longer are you open I simply asked for a time he then says actually we have half a minute. I then asked how much a frape was . Nothing I look at my phone it says 1159. I know some places close at midnight or such so this the reason I asked because. Being that close to close I won't try to order anything intense...instead of answers I got silence and the screen shut off. I've boycotted this McDonald's before for me ordering a double cheeseburger add mayo but I got a burger and was in a rush for an appointment nothing was done when I called

RUDE, SLOW, GIVE OTHER PEOPLE YOUR ORDERS AND NEVER GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! This place needs shut down or new management! This place just got worse! How and why are going to kick someone out who has done nothing but brought you business? Oh wait I forgot that the Franchise owner John doesn't like me so he kicked my elderly father out! I will not step foot back in this place until John the Franchise owner is no longer apart of McDonald's! Well since I've written this review I have been banned from McDonald's All because I tried to report the staff for trying to kill me and for not doing their jobs. So I'm asking everyone in Canton to go to another McDonald's that John House doesn't own. Let's show him how a community can come together. Ok now they are ROBBING people! A friend of mine was just there and they didn't give him everything of the order. There were THREE $5 meal deals and they only gave him 2 of the three!

Don't stop at this location! Since when has any McDonald's charged for a cup of water? Of all the McDonald's locations we've ever been to, I have never paid for a cup of water. We've even been to locations that have given my son a toy without purchasing a Happy Meal just out of kindness. I've stopped at this location twice in my life, the first time the food was awful, how do you mess up a cheeseburger at McDonald's? I was hesitant to stop at this location today, but it was on the way home. Never stopping at this location again and wouldn't recommend anyone passing through Canton off I77 to stop either. Also happens to have undercover agents arresting someone in the parking lot. Not the safest location. You shouldn't be charging for a cup of water, especially when guests are buying food. Now you'll lose more revenue and business just because you want to save a few cents on the cost of a cup.

Terrible service because we are white I am sure started off rude then got worse when asked to correct their mistakes still terrible food incompetency is a real problem here. Very rude undone fries over sauced sandwiches wrong sandwiches given mc chicken paid for the deluxe chicken they got mad because we wanted what we was charged for how do these people call them selves adults I would be embarrassed to have any of these ppl work for my company I do not think they should be allowed near other peoples FOOD
