Terrible service because we are white I am sure started off rude then got worse when asked to correct their mistakes still terrible food incompetency is a real problem here. Very rude undone fries over sauced sandwiches wrong sandwiches given mc chicken paid for the deluxe chicken they got mad because we wanted what we was charged for how do these people call them selves adults I would be embarrassed to have any of these ppl work for my company I do not think they should be allowed near other peoples FOOD

Probably one of the worst places I've gone to. Very rude employees who honestly probably shouldn't even be trusted to make food. If you go there even if it is for just a drink you'll be sitting a minimum for 15 mins. Food is always smashed, cold and gross. If you use a reward they'll purposely not make your order for 30 minutes (longer if you don't confront them about it). Very miserable people at this location.

Staff there this morning that were almost comedically rude. I haven’t seen people blatantly care less about their jobs in a long time. And they tried to act like it was my fault they were rude. I pulled out laughing out of sheer astonishment. All I ordered was two McGriddles and a coffee and they got that wrong and acted like I was being a hassle for wanting my simple order to be correct. I live nearby and like McGriddles so I’ll be back. But next time I’ll be recording in case I get the same customer service

This is one of the worst McDonald's to go to. The staff who hate their job are less than friendly and can't follow simple requests either because they are lazy or just spiteful. I get the feeling it's because I am white. The difference in their entire demeanor changes when they interact with other black people. They smile and actually appear friendly to other black people. I will drive to another town further down the road for better service given the chance every single time.

Everything was okay until I was ordering and the worker with them ugly flowers in her hair was giving a really rude attitude and saying “okay why didn’t you say that the first time?!” And forgot to add coffee to the order so when I asked her to put it in the meal she said “why didn’t you just say that at the beginning bro?!” And then she held out her hand with them ugly nails and said “give me my money.” Terrible service and just rude.

The only reason this dump gets a 2 star is because the breakfast shift is great. That said, afternoon and night couldn't be more rude and incompetent if they tried. One of MANY instances, I got 1 double cheese with xtra onion, said it loudly at speakers and got bitched at, at pay window for her not hearing me. Got to 2nd window, and they told me to pull forward and wait. WAIT, for one sandwich. 5 minutes later, they brought it out, I got down the road, and it was PLAIN... Management does and let's worker's do whatever they want with no accountability. Elementary kids are better behaved and competent. FYI, most negative reviews of this place are legit. I'm fairly certain employees are skimming money from this store, owner better get a clue..
