Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to find out no one was responding and the doors were locked at 5 o'clock on a Sunday. Service is lame even when they have employees

This location is usually slow, and the service has never been very consistent. There were a couple of really sweet staff members in the past, but they don’t seem to work there anymore. I rarely go to this McDonald's now, even though it's the closest one to me. It's McDonald's, so I never expect anything amazing, but they could definitely improve - especially with their prices. For the quality you get (basically as low as the standard can be), it just doesn’t feel worth it.

Two times I've been here since their updated features, you get less attention from staff. The place is clean! Having that computer board to order, in my opinion, takes away from customer service. Had to wait longer. BUT, once someone was physically there, it will smooth as it should.

The staff at 6:30pm today are the best, not only were they extremely friendly but the service was fast and hot, but the assembly was top notch, props to the kind folks in the window, you all rock

Today, I got a filet-o-fish meal, or #6. The service was not great. I get it that kids today don't want tonwork, but try to act like you don't hate your life when you're the face of the company to the public. The service was fast, considering the time of day. What got me today is the lack of understanding how a sandwich is supposed to be. This is why critical thinking and building blocks were offered in kindergarten and such. It's not hard to stack things, I would assume.

We normally love this McDonald's more than the others because they do such a great job. But recently when I have been ordering a large mocha frape I have been given a medium in a large size cup and the rest of space was filled with whipped cream! Please fix this!
