I refuse to return to 17th street Sw location. They refuse to take orders an hour before they close, most times the food is old dried out and cold. I’ve always gotten my little dog a small cup of whip cream when we go to McDonald’s and they’ve always aloud it, no suddenly they are not aloud due to a new general manager.

Worst McDonald’s. They turn off the lights and refuse service of almost every kind around 9pm. Sometimes they will offer a drink, but most of the time not. I have been there at 9:30 and told they have no iced coffee, been there at 10:45 and told they can only serve drinks, and it always looks closed down with almost all of the lights off after 9.

This place has ripped me off now 3 times on monopoly pieces. Check your bags and boxes before you leave because this place is trash. Will tell you that things you ORDER OFF THE MONOPOLY MENU don't come with monopoly pieces. TRASH.

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it had moldy-smelling caramel (?) On the side of the cup and lip. It seemed that they had given me a used cup, and along with their food it tasted old and the cheese on the burger i ordered tasted sour. Not the greatest, I feel sick after eating it.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to find out no one was responding and the doors were locked at 5 o'clock on a Sunday. Service is lame even when they have employees

This location is usually slow, and the service has never been very consistent. There were a couple of really sweet staff members in the past, but they don’t seem to work there anymore. I rarely go to this McDonald's now, even though it's the closest one to me. It's McDonald's, so I never expect anything amazing, but they could definitely improve - especially with their prices. For the quality you get (basically as low as the standard can be), it just doesn’t feel worth it.
