I don’t know why I still even bother with fast food. We were missing one double cheese burger that we paid for. But no harm no foul the meat is old, dry and black. The mcchicken didn’t even have mayo on it. My money back would be fantastic!!!

Went in to pick up a doordash, everyone ignored me while I stood there and waited. Walked around to go to the bathroom and knocked on the door to the kitchen to get the workers attention. NO one acknowledged me, no one came to the counter. My doordash was ready and behind the counter, all I needed was someone to hand it to me. Absolutely disgusting service. I wasn't rude, wasn't disrespectful or anything as such. This location needs to retrain their employees.

I picked up my order and they never put my sauces in the bag and I ordered 18 chicken nuggets try eating those with nothing the dog loved them cuz I wasn't eating them

Door clearly states dining room is open till 11:00, but is locked by 10:40.
I stopped going to the one on Whipple for this very reason. Got a double quarter pounder with cheese (raw and red in the middle) I don’t do raw meat. Also got a chicken sandwich for my mom, it was hard and rubbery. Manager on duty wouldn’t even handle it when I returned. Had one of the employees do it.

Ordered in drive through always get pulled up took 22 minutes for pancakes went inside and heard them laughing about me saying I can wait longer its been 22 mins on my food which was already bagged ended up getting trespassed and police came seriously dobyour dang job you bums get a real job.
