After not ordering at this location for 6+ months we decided to give it a go again. We've been driving out of our way to a different location because of repeated issues with this one. Orders were usually not properly fulfilled in terms of missing items or mismade things. Gave it once final go the other day, only to get a caramel iced coffee with no caramel. I guess it's better than the time they gave me a caramel iced coffee with no coffee. No, seriously, it was just caramel milk ?At one point my iced coffee had small metal balls in it, presumably from the pump on one of the ingredient bottles. This was after several repeat mess ups that left us without our ordered food, so I never reported it.Seems to have management issues, for sure. Disappointing it doesn't seem to get fixed. I guess we'll keep going to Whipple if we want a coke.

Customer service is always rude. Ruins the experience having a meal at this location. Manager today was blaming for a transaction error, when it should have been handled with first person who took my order. I shouldn’t be surprise anymore. The good old snappy, typical service at your local McDonald’s. Food is always good just the window staff needs praise or they need to re-evaluate themselves.

Normally the food is great. I visited at 4 am. So I got overcooked everything and a not so done egg. Make sure you pay attention also. The cashier tried to charge me regular price for buy one get one free. I repeated my order twice to her. She still tried to get full price until I said never mind. Folks always trying to scam ?

Couldn't get a receipt bc they said ALL printers were out ??♀️. Since this was a work order and I could not produce a receipt it came out of my pocket. Bruh. Then when they gave me nugget happymeals instead of Hamburger happy meals I didn't even say anything....bc I had no receipt!!

Waited 8 minutes in drive thru for 3 cold burgers that were awful. Inexcusable and inexplicable.
I ordered a milkshake and a mcflurry at the drive through. I ordered after the automated message played and i said my whole order and no one had answered. I was about to drive away and I asked if anyone was there and a lady answered “yeah I’m here” and then she told me my total. She was extremely rude when I went up and paid and made me feel bad for even ordering.

VERY RUDE MANAGER:After making the mistake of not putting two paid-for pies in our bag, my wife went back to the drive-thru and the manager was rude and refused to correct their mistake.We are reporting her disrespectful behavior to the owner on Tuesday Nov. 21st. Her behavior was very unprofessional. As confirmation she knew her actions were wrong, she refused to give her name before abruptly shutting the window in my wife's face.Finally, we called back expecting a more customer-service response and a satisfying resolution, but the manager was unrelenting and continued to be rude and disrespectful.

For McDonald's drive through was ok no pumpkin pie and tis the season. Not here they didn't get the memo. But the fries were as fresh as I ever got them so we're the chicken nuggets forgot my shake and so did I so who is the dummy there we can share the blame on that
