Listen, I understand that it's late, and you probably don't want to be working 3rd shift. But you can stand to be a little kinder.
I had to unlock my card, and when I said that, the girl at the window said, "Snap snap!" To me. Like I was a dog.
On top of that, my sandwich was a little cold, and the fries were lightly salted. As if they took them out of the frier, tossed them on the warmer, and used the excess salt in there without adding fresh salt. The fries were also somewhat cold, too.

Usually, the employees can get grumpy when it's late. I don't care, I used to work 3rd at a McDonald's, too.

But try to be nice.

Never want to see any establishment fail, especially one this big, but these prices are outrageous especially when the quality has not improved. Shame on McDonalds. So many long time loyal customers and they give back by jacking the prices. I'm done with this chain for good.

Staff is always rude and get my order wrong 9/10 times. Trying to order through the drive through is painful, I say what I want and I always have to repeat myself three times. I am very loud and clear. they dont put my order on the drive through screen, and do not tell me the price of my order. I pull up to the first window, give my card, and I am never asked if I want a receipt, I have to sit there until they look confused and I have to say "can I please have a receipt", so no thank you or good day. Pull up to the second window, they give me my food, I look through the bag, and my order is wrong. I sit there until one of the staff says to another "what is this guy doing? Leave!" Then they finally ask me what I need, I tell them they got my order wrong, I get a big eye roll and a sigh, then I get my MISSING stuff.. that i paid for.. given to me with a scowl and a very sarcastic "have a nice day". This has happened REPEATEDLY.

I wouldn't recommend this mcdonalds to anyone they have the worst customer service ever you try to tell them something and they totally ignore you or just dumb they shouldn't be making anymore then 12 dollars an hour learn how to do your job properly then you guys should get more

Always screws up the order (and I mean ALWAYS)...missing items, poorly wrapped food leading to stale buns...avoid this McDonald's at all costs. My last 5+ orders have all had issues.

Update 6/17: can't get doordash orders right either. Last 3 orders have been given to the wrong person before my dasher got there, been missing fries, or had straight COLD pies.

The absolute WORST dining experience of my life. I COULD GO ON AND ON. Do not waste your time here! Our family of 5 were alone in the lobby, i mean completely alone, not even one other customer. We placed our order at 7:40pm and didn’t receive our food for over a half hour. On top of it all, the employees weren’t even trying to hurry, just talking amongst each other and even getting FaceTime calls while we waited. When i asked to talk to a manager, the woman said she was the shift manager and would NOT give me her name. She wasn’t apologetic at all and extremely rude. Spent nearly $50 on garbage food just to receive garbage service, and on top of it all, they didn’t even care. They should all be fired and the place should be shut down - assuming this is the best “management” they could come up with. I NEVER leave reviews but here i am. My husband has already left a voicemail at their corporate office because of how terrible this experience was. Along with us waiting alone and unserved in the lobby, there were others in the drive thru that had waited so long they came inside to complain and get their food there. And let me assure you, they were NOT AT ALL BUSY. My husband and i have both worked in the fast food industry in the past, so we try to give the benefit of the doubt when we can. It blew our minds to experience this, and this situation turned out far from giving “the benefit of the doubt”. Absolutely ridiculous, and we won’t be back. Attached are two photos from our experience, one being the “manager” who refused to give her name, and the other of our receipt for our wasted money spent here at this terrible establishment.
