Ordered on app. Three cars ahead of me. 6min wait until reaching drive-thru speaker. Was pulled to waiting area. Waited an additional 6 mins. They forgot the drink, no biggie, fixed that issue no qualms. FOOD WAS FLAVORLESS. HOT MUSH. Tasted no where close to the iconic McDonald's flavor- HAD ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR- Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Bacon.

Literally I’ve worked fast food myself for 4 years and my brother in law works at McDonald’s just not this one n we sat in the drive thru by speaker waiting for someone to say something for 10 minutes and then tries saying hello and nothing then when we drove around to leave and go to the one on trump I saw the person literally in there phone mind you there were 3 cars behind us in line too..it’s infuriating and everytime I stop I try to be as nice as possible bc again I’ve worked fact food I get the stress but someone always gotta catch a attitude for no reason just weird energy..

I love this McDonald's I choose this one over all the other ones but the black lady that's been working in the back and the second window the past three nights I've gone by and she's been super rude and she quickly hands you your stuff and says like good night or whatever but it's very rude how she does it and she does it very quick and I'm not pleased with my service at all: (

My food is never made fresh even when I take it back in because the meat is dark and dry they will lie and say it's fresh they never make it right. Depending on who is working some of the crew has really poor customer service attitudes. There is a young man who is always very polite and cheerful when order taking and then another lady with tattoos and a ponytail she is always so friendly and then a young girl at the second window who wears glasses is a sweetheart but just a few of them maybe need to re think their workplace. Also they never tell you when its going to be a wait for something they just pull you and have you waiting for awhile ans that's often at least give me the option if I have time to wait.
