I took my family of four and it seems like the workers don't know how to read. I got the correct packaging for my sandwiches however the sandwich inside was completely wrong. Then I had to yell to get someone's attention because three total people were waiting to be waited on. Why is no one monitoring the front anymore? Just cause of the kiosks? Not a good excuse. This is why I say that minimum wage should NOT be raised. If you can't do your damn job then get the hell out. Go back to school.

I tried to get on the app to order food and use my points. Bur the app kept saying there was no Burger meat at this location. I just had a stroke. My daughter had to run an errand. All I wanted was 3 double cheese burger kids meals. So I called and asked she said why wouldn't we have burger meat. I tried to call back she picked up and hung up again twice. RUDE! So I sent my oldest grandkid down their, WALKING! And they wouldn't let him get 3 Double cheese burgers because they had limited burger meat. He asked for a receipt so I could do the survey and they are purposely throwing them away. It wouldn't even let him ring it in on the kiosk. It said the same thing that it said it on line. DAMN STOP BEING SO RUDE AND BE HONEST ON THE DAMN PHONE! Strokes are caused by stress thank you for adding on to my stroke, instead of just being honest on the phone. Plus the cheese burgers were supposed to be plain, and they weren't.

Placed a doordash order for a mcdouble meal, and 13 cookies. received everything but my 13 cookies. THIRTEEN COOKIES. and i received two expired pies. they had expired at 6:00 pm today, i had placed my order at 11:00 pm tonight. would seriously rather walk to the grocery store and buy every single ingredient individually and make my own shit. every single order i’ve had with this store has been obnoxious. no way y’all pay your workers 15 + and up.

Ordered at the drive thru and could barely hear the girl taking my order. Asked for 3 kinds of sauce for my 40 nuggets and only got 1. I ordered 2 20-piece nuggets, 2 large fries, and they crammed it all in 1 small bag that you couldnt close because it was so full. Not very happy when i got home and found only 1 sauce.

There have been several times that they have "forgotten" that we were in the play area waiting on our food and weve waited 40 minutes and they tell us that they cancelled the order. They also leave you sitting at the drive through speaker and say nothing In the early morning because they dont want to take orders. This is the most disorganized restaurant with stale food. Do not come here.

It was 12:30am last night I stopped and asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. She said that she couldn't do that, that it was after midnight. I said what, you're open 24/7 that makes no sense. She said they could nuggets...???? I left and took my business to Arby's where they actually work and I was able to purchase a meal.

Went through the drive thru at 7:34am didn't receive my coffee until 7:49pm. Only had one lane open at 7 o'clock in the morning on a weekday is ridiculous
