Every time I Go to any McDonald's I am waiting a lest an hour for my food but the shortest time I have ever waited was 30 minutes and you guys didn't hairing me you should have because it really really looks like you need people I worked in a factory my whole time I could work 5 times faster than anyone that would ever work there you guys should have had me and you would get food 3 times as fast as you guy are now, I should get free food for 3 months for the 5 or 10 years I have been waiting this long haire more people and mabey you will get food out fas

I went through the drive thru and got a value meal. The ladies at the windows were very friendly. I was asked to move forward. There was one car in front of me, and several pulled up behind me. The lady in front of me got hers and pulled off. I pulled up. The 2 cars behind me got their food and pulled off. More pulled up behind me. I asked the kid who was bringing food out if he knew when mine was coming. He ran in. I still waited another 5 mins. He finally came out. I asked why mine took 15-20 minutes. He said he didn’t know but was very kind. There needs a better a system. My fries were not even hot. They were like warm, almost cold. I’m sure everyone inside was trying their best, but there needs a better system.

There is about 3 workers there that are respectful to customers. One of them goes by the name of Landon. I did not ask for his last name, but he is of one of the best workers West Tusc has had in years! He was respectful to me, and my 2 kids. Not to mention he was showing me how to use the app inside and how to get the best deals for the best value. Very respectful to my 2 kids and put up with my little girls attitude with no complaints. Very bright future for this young kid and a very handsome young man. I am hoping to see him next time I get happy meals and a meal for myself!

They young girl who was work on Sunday between 11 and noon I had to use the keyboard thing bc the girl just on her phone and walks away we someone wants to order in person I’m here for the play area to order 2 drinks then wait 20 plus minutes went to go check up on my drink she hands me the cup empty and the wrong size while she give me a weird look like I said or did something wrong and hands me the right cups empty again I ordered tea and it not out for me to service my self she he get another attitude when I asked for tea and talks about it to the guy manger at the moment and was laughing about it very unprofessional 2 workers were Logan and Sanaya and the Logan always have his family/kids in the play area getting free food very unprofessional

This is THE WORST ran McDonald’s!!! Every time I try to order late, after 12am they always say the system is down. Now how can I make a mobile order if the internet isn’t working? That makes no sense! Don’t waste your time, go to the location on Cleveland Ave where the workers actually work want to work !!!!
Only McDonalds we will even go to. Couple years and still going to only this one out of 4 in the area.

Mobile order was prepared quickly and accurately. Friendly crew. Ordered extra breakfast sauce on my bagel. It was a beautiful mess, as one hopes when ordering it that way. Hash brown was crisp, definitely served within Q10. Great lot design with the parking semi-separated from the drive thru lane, so you’re not forced to back into drive thru traffic.
