I ordered my breakfast from the app and STUPIDLY didn’t check the location, so I drove to Louisville and when they didn’t have my order, I realized my stupidity! By the time I got to this store, it was just after 11A and my ordered was cancelled. I can’t thank the staff enough because they took my order again and made everything even though breakfast was over!!! So…THANK YOU CANTON, OH McDONALD’S!!!
There was a big gross bug at the bottom of the fries box and the sandwiches are ALWAYS slipped together here. Keep giving it another try but after the bug, I’m done.
Super disappointed. We used to love stopping here to or from our trips to Canton. Now, it’s just a futile effort. An employee with a tablet taking orders in the drive thru, in addition to the pull up speaker? The orders get mixed up. The shake machine is ALWAYS broken, it seems...oh, and the McCafe machine on the same days...and today, the Artisan Chicken sandwich was so drenched in Italian dressing, the bun was soggy, and it dripped grease.
