This place has went down hill fairly quickly. Ordered 2 drinks. Sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes before I finally went inside to get them. Last time ordered some nuggets and fries. Took them almost 45 minutes. What happened to fast food? At these wait times and prices you’re better off to go to a restaurant where you’ll actually get good service and decent food.

Asked the chick too replace my drink because I wanted sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened tea. She takes it in puts a pack of sugar in it and brings it back too me thanks for making me wait for cold food too❤️

I'm here now (2/24/25 7pm) waiting for a $40 order. The employees (2 young men) behind the counter are screaming profanity at each other. Wow my first time in this Mcdonald's n i won't be coming back

I went through the drive-through today about 1:30 pm all I ordered was two mc double meals plus one extra Mc double. I got all the way home and had one Mc double. Then there was a McChicken wrapper in the bag and all that was on it was lettuce. There wasn’t even chicken on it it was full of lettuce and that’s it. I had to drive all the way back only for the manager to have an attitude with me because I wanted My food cooked over because my french fries were cold. Couldn’t even get a sorry or an apology or nothing. Will never come back there.. No wonder you have a 3.3 rating. Stank attitude from manager!!!!

4 out of 5 in our group got food poisoning on Sunday afternoon. One of which had to go-to hospital due to dehydration. We attribute it to the onions as that's the only ingredient all four of us shared. However 3 of us had double quarter pounders and the other a mcrib. Not sure we will be eating here ever again or at ant McDonald's for that matter.
