Excellent grocery store!

I went here to renew the registration for my truck as I recently discovered they have a kiosk there that makes this possible. It was very fast and easy to accomplish. I would definitely use this service again.

Always clean and quality food, fruits and vegetables. My only concern is they never have enough cashiers available. I don’t mind ringing up a few items and bagging them myself but when I have a full cart it sure would be nice to have help available.

The store is very clean and everything is very well organized. I stopped in to get snacks for a movie weekend party. They have great selection of sushi and I also got a cake and ice cream

Beware Was shopping there last Friday the price listed and the price when they ring you up is more and when I said something about it the two cashiers and service manager became very combative and rude then the service manager has the nerve to say well sometimes the prices aren’t changed in the computer well it sounds like someone’s not doing their job and your ripping off shoppers sounds like a crime and there should be an investigation into this then you get rude and combative when the customers complain that they are being ripped off shame on you meier the corporate office has been notified and the better business bureau

Terrible experience. Couldn't find an employee to help me. I try to call from the red service phone,& it's never answered. I finally knocked on an employee's only door& was told they would get me someone from that department. I was left standing in the pet department for 15 minutes, waiting for an employee to get the fish I wanted to buy. They never showed. 😞 Then they only have self checkout and two cashiers. I will never shop here again.

Ever since they started popping up all over they have gone down hill. Two 1/2 orders of bananas isn’t 2 singular bananas. Try to up charge 30 item instead of 10 dollar item. If doing curbside pickup go over that with a fine tooth comb. Every time they are robbing me $5-30. Be cautious pay attention. Or just discount it yourself next time.

I will say the staff were very apologetic but I went there to grab my kids WIC items since I was out and about. When checking out the cashier asked if it was WIC. I said yes and so after she rang everything up she did her thing to make it for me to put my WIC card in. WIC takes off what they needed to take off and it shows the remainder of what I needed to pay. As I am getting ready to put in my card, something in their system puts the WIC back on. They have me try to do my WIC card again which doesn’t take off what it did because come to find out when it took it off at the beginning of the transaction it took the benefits off my card. I was told since they were no longer on my card I needed to get ahold of WIC to “see if they could put it back” which they are not doing anymore. I have contacted customer service as it was a mess up on their end I have a receipt that clearly shows it taken off and what I was left to pay before their system screwed up. I had to leave everything as they said there was nothing they could do. I am waiting to hear from their store director which I was told 3 days ago I would hear from “directly” so please beware if you are shopping there with your WIC that they will not do anything if their system takes it off and then screws up. Edit to add (3 stars) a store director did get ahold of me and is making things right and did thank me for letting them know about their system. Still makes me nervous to shop there for WIC as I do not want the same thing to happen but I will say they do strive for customer satisfaction.
