We ate at the Cafe. The service was great, food came out quick, and it was good! Cinnamon roll pancake is really great, but I would only get one—it's like a fabulous dessert for your breakfast ! Prices are good, too.

I was at The Cafe yesterday with a friend and did not enjoy my meal because it was so cold in there. I have fibromyalgia and I had a major flare up.

Wheelchair accessibility: Need more handicap parking. The area in front of the doors should be handicap only.

Order a party size supreme pizza came with no ? pepper that was supposed to be on it and it was burnt. The crust was old and so chewy and you couldn't eat the crust at all because it was so hard and burnt my dog couldn't even chew it he was choking on it. I called them and the girl that was working last night wouldn't let me even talk to a manager and there was two managers working. I talked to the Assistant manager today and he said he saw it come out of the oven and some times they do burn and he doesn't know why. Then he turned around and said he saw nothing wrong with it when I told him that he should of said that is not except able and had them make me another one. And there was very little toppings on i $50 Assistant manager was very rude.

Kind service on point crowd usually and a very nice and breezy large back deck for outside on the nice days! A personal hometown Canton staple in my family and friends circle! Could have a better IPA selection & price but everything else is on point to the enth degree!

Parking: Huge parking lot back sides and front!

Kid-friendliness: Nice people and generally kid friendly more than most other places like it.

The pizza is fantastic, so glad I don’t need to take the long trip to Massillon for anymore this pizza is just as great if not better. The sauce is on point. Please don’t change a thing!

Found a big hair in my food and they did nothing about it asked for a non toasted bun toasted it did absolutely nothing didn't even eat my food and still got charged full price and some for my meals

Always had good service and great food in the past. This time I ordered a party pizza for pickup. I got the pizza home and the entire crust was burnt and 2 other pieces. I called and was told twice I would have to return the pizza. No apology was offered. I drove back to return the pizza and asked to speak with the manager. I asked why no one noticed the pizza when it was cut. She replied, “Well, it’s not that burnt” and “That is pretty standard”. I asked why the 2 pizzas taken out and cut while I was there , did not seemed burnt at all. She gave no response. I thought it was odd that no one apologized for the pizza or my round trip to correct their mistake. I will go to Lindsey’s from now on instead.
