This was my second visit, and once again, I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations. Just wanted to say how awesome Freddie was serving us today! He immediately wished my son a happy birthday and made his rolled ice cream exactly how he wanted, with a big smile on his face. This might not seem like much, but my son is autistic and has specific food tendencies. Freddie was extremely sweet and kind. That means a lot.

Ordered the Birthday cake rolled ice cream, which is supposed to come with whipped cream and gummy bears. I received none of those items and when I asked for whipped cream the employee said it was going to be a dollar extra. If you order from here make sure you get what you pay for, because I didn’t. ? edit: Hello, I came in around 2 or 3 pm yesterday.

I've been to this place several times in the last month and I always order the same thing. The interesting thing is that it seems that depending on the day you go, the price is different. So be very careful. I feel like they should put the price on the ice cream cones. Not that they charge differently depending on the movement of the mall.

Awful food. I ordered a Nutella crepe, which had zero Nutella in it on some under cooked dough. They use Hershey’s syrup and call it Nutella, on top of it had none of that in it either. I watched him make it and figured it was some sort of garnish but no they call that Nutella ? not worth $11.
