First and last time at Mr Zero. I got a medium cheeseburger sub for $10. It is essentially 3 McDonalds size hamburger patties with non existant toppings and no flavor at all. Unimpressed!

Do yourself a favor...and put a person who's actually worked in and potentially managed a restaurant in charge of the restaurant. Because whoever the hell is working in there... doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. A robot would've had more personality and professionalism. Food was alright when it came out. But I ordered with the combo number. It implies that I want the combo if I order with the meal number. Idiot gave me just the sandwich...but we were in a hurry and didn't realize it till we were already down the road. In short...GET.BETTER.STAFF!

It said they offer curbside pickup so you don’t have to get out of your car, just have to call when you arrive, so I did and the guy on the phone was so rude, huge manager finally brought my food out and I said “thank you, have a good one” and he just glared at me and walked away. Didn’t say a word.
Yes, do not visit this. Mr. Gyros walked in the manager. Looked this dead in our face and did not even speak or acknowledge us. There was nobody in the parking lot. I take this because they have bad customer service skills so we turned around walked out and we're going to Pizza oven

I had not been to a Mr. Hero in a very long time. This Mr. Hero is clean, spacious and the food was fresh and perfectly made. Friendly Service! I would go back. My party had regular cheeseburger and waffle fries with cheese sauce. ?
Vegetarian options: Many of their snack or side foods are vegetarian friendly- waffle fries, tater tots, jalapeño popper type stuff They have a veggie sandwich on the menu

We repeated the order 3 times, and he still got it wrong. He even repeated it back correctly but still rung it out wrong. He could also have made recommendations on combos that might have been better options.Service is always slow at this location. The restaurant area is clean.
