Came in to pick up a doordash. There where a few customers ahead of me. I stood there for what was probably 15 to 20 minutes. The lady exclaimed she knew what everyone was waiting for, mind you I was standing by the door dash and grubhub pickup signage, not by the cash register. They finally got most of the people out and the lady asked me what I was waiting for. When I told her I was waiting for a doordash order, that I assumed wasn't completed yet, because they where all over the place with food and she grabbed the bag to open it up minutes prior. She then said I SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP......... is YOUR job not to greet the people that walk into your establishment?? I must be confused because I swear every other place of business I walk into, I get greeted and asked my business there. So yes thank you for wasting my time, thank you for making me look bad for delivering what was by that point probably cold food. And thank you for making me feel as if it was somehow my fault for not demanding your attention when clearly you where already very overwhelmed.

I love mr heros food but rarely come to this establishment (it's not the nicest). I place my order and wait and watch the lady bag up my order and had it to the lady that ordered after me. Then proceeded to bag up that lady's order and hand it to me and it was missing quite a few items. She corrected the mistake but had an attitude about doing so. Looks like I will make the drive to a nicer location and hope they get my order that I pay for correct.

Service good BUT when you order a cheesesteak ( this has happened last few times) they are dry they cook the steak in thick layers add cheese mushrooms in middle and fold it over. Its in like 6 layers of *so called meat flat. I liked it better when was in mall when was chopped up cheesy gooey. This place is not good.
