I love this place, especially the downtown location where I spent many late afternoons writing. Whenever I’m in town I make this a must-stop. I was just telling a coffee truck in Columbus about the famous Purple Picker Upper, which I learned Muggs has d/c’d. Sad. That was one lovely cup of joe. The French Kiss is my 2nd fave. along with any of their oolong teas.

Worst experience and drinks ever….I know it is Labor Day and no one wants to work but at least find someone with some experience or don’t open at all! Had to throw out $15!!!

The setting was beautiful. I just left I’ll never return if I’m in town. I live in Columbus and I can tell this not a place for us Melanin people. I didn’t like that lady attitude that brunette with red lipstick and glasses . As a black woman . Her whole aura changed when walked in and all the side eyeing was disgusting. If you are BLACK, DARK SKIN PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WELL DONT IF THE BRUNETTE WITH GLASSES WORKING .. also my matcha was so thick and sweet and disgusting. I said it was good and thank you to her and the way she looked at me omg NEVER GO HERE OK ..
