We found our way to Muskellunge following the signs around the Canton Arts District, and we are very glad we did! The beer was all delicious, the atmosphere was quirky and relaxing, and the owner/brewer Frank was super nice and approachable! This is now our favorite brewery in Canton, and we are already planning another trip to come back!

If you are looking for the best local craft brewery, you've found it! Muskellunge Brewing is simply put, the best. Frank and Carla not only have brewed up fantastic recipes, they've cultivated an atmosphere that feels like home for my wife and our 2 dogs on our usual Thursday night ritual.Their hospitality is unmatched and it's recognizable the moment you walk in with a "Hey!" from Carla behind the bar. Frank is often strolling the floor, talking table to table, getting consumer insight into all the product hes crafted.While known for having the best popcorn in NE Ohio (my opinion as well as others!), Frank and Carla have recently added a "Flat Bread Thursday" option. Frank makes in house red sauce marinara as well as ranch and boy are they great. Coupled with the 3 cheese blend, its enough to fill one person up or shareable for 2 people. A wide selection of toppings are available to add on as well.But the reason for the season here is the beers. Staple beers like the Deer Creek American Pilsner and Tiger Musky Double IPA as well as seasonal favs like the Striped Bass Xmas Alen and Bronzeback Octoberfest showcase Franks true passion. The first time we were here, we asked Frank to let us try his best beer and he slid us Pilsner's. So crisp and clean, you knew Frank was using the highest of quality ingredients in his beer. He wanted to show us his craft and that he hid nothing but excellence in everything he brewed. We loved it.You owe it to yourself to stop in and hang out with Frank and Carla at Muskellunge Brewing. Stay for a beer or two, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love Muskellunge! Carla and Frank are rockstars! Tasty variety of beers (#1 fan of the Blue Badis Gose), homey indoor/ outdoor seating (customer fish art all over the walls <3), and bonus points for reusable bowls, silverware and three separate bins for food waste, landfill and recyclables. Would recommend!

I went for my first time a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner is friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and well maintained. If you're looking for good beer in downtown Northeast Ohio, this should be high on your list.

If you're looking for a good craft beer this is the place. No food options but a pet friendly patio and awesome staff. They have a very good variety on tap to appease to any beer drinker. We stopped by after visiting a different local brewery downtown and was upset that we gave them our business rather than to muskellunge. This is a must stop in downtown and is on my list for a pint when in the area.
