Normally service is great. Tonight we had to wait a couple times for drinks. they were not even busy and there was at least 5 servers no reason to wait at all. Everyone seemed to be taking care of people at the bar ( which was not even full). Erin took great care of us until the new shift came in and she left.

Saturday April 6, 2024 around 1-1:30am Nathan's Employee Joshua Davidson approached me at the inside bar while chatting with my friend, (mind you, this is my second time at this bar, I don't know anyone here except the person I'm with) and he stated to me "man I'll punch the fuck out of you" I laughed at him and asked him if he was alright. He then proceeded to tell two other female patrons what he intended on doing to me. The 2 Employees working the door told the disgruntled employee (Joshua Davidson) that this was the second time he has caused a problem. Certainly not a good look for this establishment when you have drunken employees most likely drinking off the dime of the paying customer harassing others with Nathan's name all over that gray Tshirt...I was definitely the grown up in this idiotic situation and left with no return.

Had issues multiple times, I kept giving them another chance, 1st issue was food was undercooked waitress took it back cook came out and told me if I do t like how it's prepared then I should eat at home, gave another try on New Years Eve was not real busy sat at a high table for 20 minutes did not get approached by any employees, people who sat at the bar got taken care of right away, then this past Saturday ordered our food waiting 50 minutes this time just left money on table to conver the food and left. Management doesn't seem to care.

A local dive with FANTASTIC bartenders. They have personality unlike a lot of bartenders in NE Ohio. Chelsea and Tori rock. Monday features $1 tacos, and there is a dedicated and friendly crowd of regulars.
foods not bad service is nice but i ordered food for pick up and showed up when i was told it would be ready...in 25 minutes....then sat there waiting for it for another 20 minutes. This was for an order of a buffalo wrap and some cheesy fries....

Would give zero stars if possible…Smelled like raw sewage as soon as we came in the door. We did not stay due to the crowded, dimly lit and smelly atmosphere.No idea what the food is like…Went somewhere else nearby which smelled very clean, even bleach! Much better experience!

Can't post on the food because we never got it ? was told to come at 650 for our to go order. They clearly forgot to even make it.Stood at the bar for an extra 25 minutes (until 7:20) before asking for our money back and leaving empty handed ??Literally 2 burgers. I can make 2 burgers in 10 minutes at home, so not sure why the long wait even if they DID forget to make our order initially. Sad.
