I bought a nice tea cup for my wife for Christmas. She loved it. I'd brewed a few cups the following week with no issues but one morning as I was stirring the sugar, tiny air bubbles started popping open on the top. I dumped out the tea and sure enough there were tiny cracks inside the cup. I'd already thrown the receipt away. I went to the store the next day expecting to hear sorry, no receipt no return. I stopped by here to get a gift for secret Santa, and I was so impressed. I'm not a tea drinker myself, but the staff here were so friendly and willing to help me find what I needed. The prices were great and they had so much variety. I would definitely recommend this business.
