We had a good experience. First time here. We were not prepared for the ordering process. Food was very good, ribs were tender.

Had never heard of this chain. We went for a quick dinner. Wasn't really quick, despite only two others in there. Fries and mac and cheese were both cold. Wife said her ribs were ok, my Nashville hot chicken was far from hot, and far from spicy. All in all not the experience I expected for $40.

After my sister and I waited for an hour with our receipts in hand to get our orders my sisters number was after me and I left with no food because they ran out . I was very upset to wait that long for food and leave empty handed They didn't manage the costumers inside waiting on food they were more concerned about the online orders. My sisters number was after mine and she got food and then 2 more people got food again before me so I went up to ask why I was skipped over they told its because i ordered sides lol I said that should have nothing to do with my sandwiches especially since 3 people received their sandwiches before me. I was very upset in the situation. Yes i got a raincheck but I still left empty handed and an hour of my time I'll never get back. Sad and sandwicheless
