Im a regular at papa johns and two nights ago i was there and called and placed an order with the answering service shrbsaid pizza would be done withing 2-16 mins after sittibg there for almost 8-10 nins (give or take a little) anyways i watched the lady at the window take 2 orders while i was placing my order over the phone with answer service so anyways after sitting for 8-10 minutes the women that was taking orders through window calls me to say that they had to cancel my order didnt give me details to why and the store still had 2 hours until closing time… i get it stuff happens and i get it ppl are short staffed but i feel like they should have called soon as the ticket came through instead of waiting damn near 10mins after they got they got the order and for her to keep taking orders through the window but yet had to cancel mine was kinda upsetting i eat there 1-2 times a month if not more. Y

If I could have left a negative start for this review I would. Horrible food and horrible customer service, if you don’t know how to talk to customers who have something to say about INCORRECT and INEDIBLE food and charging me for food I did not receive and not offering any sort of solution…I suggest you find another line of work. Thank you for taking my hard earned money during the holidays and being rude while at it.

Jack-o'-lantern pizza missing half of the pepperoni. Menu shows pepperoni around outside edge of pizza. Our pizza only came with eyes and mouth with pepperoni

If I could give negative stars I would.Not only did I wait 25 minutes inside the store for an order, the staff had the actual nerve to be rude. Female who I believe is manager should not have a job anywhere.

Dumpster fire experience… no one works there so they have you talk to a robot … and the robot is dumpster fire and I don’t recommend also btw just noticed the last 4 reviews were all terrible and 1 star.. looks like bad management or ownership doesn’t give a care about it
They have very rude staff who will find you on Facebook and say crazy things like this and then block you. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better please

I did not get the correct size pizza that I ordered and when I mentioned it, they told me my pieces were just made bigger than normal. The pizza was cold. It tasted old and there wasn’t much crust to it because I think the pizza had been sitting for a while. When I went in there to ask them about the size of the pizza, they were gathered around having a conversation and was just quick to get me out of there instead of correcting the problem.
