Sarah has went above and beyond not once but twice!!! This is not saying that our food wasn't great multiple times, that's never ever been the case!! Just minor inconvenience of toppings was all but she has been a breath of fresh air especially when it comes to management, I definitely get it as I am myself! I just wanted to personally thank Sarah and the rest of her staff for doing so much and just not being rude or argumentative as most companies are nowadays! We will continue to order from here and also refer our family and friends just because we have been so well taken care of, it's absolutely tremendous and you guys should be proud of that! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!

A nightmare disgusting disturbing acts at Cleveland ave Canton location for years I have been a faithful client to this pizza places no I want nothing to to do with none of theirs locations it seems like they hiring nasty trifle and wicked people here men I just bought 2 Hawaiian type pizza for dinner for my kiddos and sadly my 15years old son came across his slices had bunch of human hair I thought maybe they felt out if his clothes when I look into both pizzas boxes it wasn't just those to slices it was hair like dust all over a couple slices seems like this act was made on purpose and who did it eas aware of theirs wicked actions I hope who's over this business investigates who's being so dirty to clients that has nothing to do with theirs fustrated lives. Wish I can upload this photos I took never eve going back to papa john's

10/10 recommend this location over any other. My pizza is always perfect and the delivery drivers are all so kind and nice and enjoy seeing my giant dog, which is nice that they understand people have animals that want to say hi too LOL.

Ordered pizza and cheese bread last night, their call center is HORRIBLE and something seemed off when I was hung up on after payment info was collected-- drove to location and no order was received, but my card was charged? So at this point, I was out $30 and no pizza because they said their ovens were already shutdown. Had assistant manager call the GM and was told she'd credit me a free pizza and refund my charge, but that hasn't happened yet?

Sent the wrong item, when I called the store for them to fix, they hung up on me. When I finally got through the delivery driver cussed me out. They are crazy there do not ever order from them! By the way, I never got what I ordered.
