My pizza said it was “on its way” for 25 minutes. When it vocally did arrive, I had no idea because they never even rang the bell or knocked on the door. Then, the pizza was wrong. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do since it was already delivered. Then they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager.

Crust was like shoe leather! Couldn’t cut it with a pizza slicer, and obviously they couldn’t either!!! Had to use a steak knife! Then, couldn’t hardly chew it! Very inconsistent with their toppings, and mushrooms must be like gold, maybe one whole one cut up for the entire pizza!! Well, time to look elsewhere!

Spent nearly 70 dollars, two pizzas and cheese bread. Cheese bread had almost no flavor. The pizzas have definitely shrunk since I last had them. Not worth it, better quality options elsewhere.

I will never order from this papa John’s again. I should have learned the first time. A few months ago I ordered a pizza for delivery. It was raining so In the instructions I put to have to driver place the pizza under the overhang by the garage door…. They absolutely did not listen. Instead they put it on the hood of my car in the pouring rain. Not only was the pizza soaked but there was grease on my car. It took 3 days to hear back from someone about the issue. After that I should have stopped ordering from here. Fast forward to tonight. I ordered pizza for carry out. In the tracker it said the pizza was ready. My husband got there and was told they lost the pizza. Said it will be 7 mins to make another. 20 mins later he finally got the pizza. Absolutely no apology for wasting our time or losing the pizza.
Ordered pizza, waited almost 2 hours for it. Get a call saying the driver took it to the wrong house. I say “how? It wasnt prepaid, i was paying with cash” and was told he doesnt know how either. Moral of the story. Some random house got the order i waited 2 hours for for free, and i get no food and no compensation for their mistake.

Um we use to love getting pizza from here. Tonight I spent $75 was supposed to be delivered an hour later I get a text door dash will bring it in 50 minutes.called went and picked it up only To have cold pizza and missing items. Wish we could get back to the days and take pride in our work.

I normally don't complain as long as the food is good but this is pathetic. I used to work at a Papa John's and my boss would have made me completely redo this mess. The delivery driver was nice but that's about it.
