So apparently now it's their "new policy" that if they get your order wrong like putting no meat on a peperoni pizza, it doesn't matter that you paid for delivery and added a tip, you now also have to pay for gas to take it back to the store to "prove that there was no peperoni on the pizza before they can issue a refire" was the man's word who also told me he "sincerely apologizes but he just manages the store". I called corporate because, as a former restaurant manager, I feel that's one of the best ways to lose customers, and filed a complaint. The gentleman wasn't rude, but if that's literally their new policy, I will NEVER be getting my pizza there again. What's the point if you're just gonna lose any and all discounts when they mess up your order by putting the money in your gas tank to go prove you aren't lying to them about their mistakes!
Didn't wanna waste the gas money or another 45 minutes of my life for some peperoni, so we just ate it.

Well started get pizza with extre sauce right. Last night not so good took pizza back. One employee defiantly said that was not extra sauce. I believe the manger comes over almost puts his face to the pizza saying it's extra sauce. Then I picked cheese up no sauce underneath. I get extra sauce anytime I ordered here also if you get extra sauce on pizza it weighs more. Not trying to get free food but if it's wrong it's wrong fix it. We are paying so much for food we should get what we ask for! With out being told we did. Because would not went back to store with wrong pizza ???

I enjoy this Papa John's because they give me a discount for being military. Best thin crust I've had in ages. Only thing I can complain about is they FORGET THE GARLIC BUTTER! It drives me crazy. I usually get it 1x a week maybe 2x a week.
