Sandwich was really good but the grease was old so it made the fries nasty. It's dissapointing when you spend so much on fries for them to be nasty. I'm to the point where I'm done ordering fries from there. Waste of money for nasty fried because of old grease.

every time i go here the employees act like i’m a nuisance for coming in and ordering food. they need a reminder that they wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for the customers. always rude and rushing me. BAD attitudes. apparently on sunday night 2/25/24 i overheard them say someone named Brittany “didnt do anything” earlier in the day so they ran out of tomatoes, onions, and more. really a hot mess. its a shame but i wont be back.

So when I say no to onions yes to mushrooms you think that means give me the opposite? Also thanks for getting my food last after I ordered first, not sure how that works.

The man that took our order acted like we were bothering him. Leaning against the counter, never smiled or even said

The food is almost always good. I love every hot sub they make and the bread is like a piece of warm carbohydrate heaven. The fries with salt and malt vinegar are county fair worthy at a better price. The service is usually slow, but very good.I don't mind waiting because I watch them make it fresh and I know that takes time. This particular time there was no one waiting when I got there which has never happened. There were 4 employees up front which is at least 1 more than I usually see. As soon as I walked in I turned to look at the menu board far from the register to make it very obvious that I wasn't ready to order so that no one felt rushed to get to me. A younger guy maybe 25 or 26 and a bit unkempt steps up to the register and without even looking at me and staring straight at the ground started saying something literally out of the side of his mouth. I assumed he couldn't be attempting to address me and continued to look at the menu board. He then raises his voice and looks at me and says to me " Sir..I said can I get a name " but in a tone that just said " Sir I hope you choke on whatever you order and wreck on the way home " ??..I then proceeded to try to place an order and he cut me off at every sentence. It was like it was a contest that he was having with himself to see if he could think of something to ask me before I finished each sentence. Anyway..he won that contest and I moved to the end to pay. The girl didn't know how to take process my Google Pay on her end. Another girl finally came over and processed it. I sat down and started looking on my phone as I usually do til they call my name. Since I ordered 2 grilled sandwiches I figured it would be 5 or 6 minutes because like I saulid they make everything to order. Maybe 45 seconds later she called my name. Anyway the food was about as good as I expected it to be after getting it so fast. I must say though this is not my usual experience at this location. Will definitely give them another shot.

I come back every once in awhile because it’s one of the only locations in the area but I’ve yet to walk into this location where the employees aren’t screaming at each other. I keep hoping it’ll change but somehow the crew gets nastier. The front cashier was saying “on god I’ll walk out right now” because customers came in asking for food. I can’t even ask for my food that was made wrong to be fixed because they’ll probably throw things at me. The cashier with the tortoise glasses was the only one being decent.

I ordered the food and after 45 minutes of waiting for it to get here and I know that’s not penn’s fault but none of my food was in the bag just my drink, why would I order just a drink and pay 22 dollars for food I didn’t receive. Dissatisfied with everything.

Sandwiches were ok, the cold cut turkey had more moisture on it than the teriyaki chicken. The fries were terrible only because the lady that checked me out packaged up my hot sandwich and fries without the cold turkey. So the fries sat there on the counter while she finished up 2 door dash orders then my turkey. This lady also went from making sandwiches to touching the computer and other prepackaged items without ever changing her gloves. Safe to say I won't be returning
