I wanted a different kind of pizza and they made it for me. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location!

I dined in today with my kids. Our waiter was an adorable young man who was very sweet and even called me ma'am ❤️. He gets five stars! However, the restaurant itself was disgusting. The plates were dirty, table was dirty, floor was dirty. Everything was sticky and I felt like I was going to catch some type of disease using the restroom. For the love of God can you guys please clean your restaurant!

If I could rate zero stars I would they took my food to the wrong house and when I called to get a refund the manager mark krazinski got disrespectful and belittled me even though I gave them a new address and when I told him he can either give me my good or give me a refund he told me I could wait 3 to 5 business days because he didn't like my attitude. Maybe next time just hire a delivery driver and call him don't belittle someone because you use a 3rd party door dasher.
Horrible customer service if I were you wouldn't come here

On 3-15-2025, I placed a take out order at the counter. And, well, silly me, I forgot to tell the lady that took the order what type of pizza I wanted; oh shame on me!!!!!!!! And shame on her for not catching it either! Make America Intelligent Again!!!!!

Racist “manager” made me confirm my DoorDash pickup just to not give me the food to deliver because he “didn’t see me confirm it” after i repeatedly informed him that I had done so. I don’t steal and make more than a Pizza Hut GM. He used brutal language and derogatory terms to me which I WILL now be reporting to corporate in the morning. And I wouldn’t dare eat from a place with workers who have such POOR HYGIENE!!!
Edit: I SAY RACIST because I noticed the dasher in front of me had an order that the store DIDNT. This man had no issue making this order for her and did NOT ask her to confirm pickup nor did he police the food as she tried to grab it as he did me. It’s 2025 people do better!

I normally don’t usually pick Pizza Hut as a first pick & usually go to a mom & pops pizza shop. Tonight we decided to order from Pizza Hut and I Will not Ever Order again it was awful! The pizza barely had sauce it was very bland the pep tasted weird and yes I might have a higher taste for food but I Took one bite of my pizza and couldn’t even eat anymore of it! On the upside the boneless wings were pretty ok So that’s all I ate!! I was Very shocked how much Pizza Hut has really gone down hill it’s actually sad!

This place is very unprofessional especially the manager Matt working nights if they are hiring people like this then I'm willing to bet they are unsanitary. Called place a order through the answering service for delivery he quoted me the price for the 20.00 deal plus delivery fee, hour pass by and I call in wondering where my pizza is they say it was set for pick up. Talked to the the manager Matt who is very unprofessional told me it would be another hour before they could come out and even if I picked up due to there mix up couldn't give me a discount telling me there nothing he can do horrible place and service should even get 1 star

Paid over 40 dollars for food and delivery for some of it not to show up after arriving late. Missing wings pizza missing sauce and cheese on some peices. Manager said I had to bring the pizza back for training purposes instead of picking it up I had to go in myself

Went for the lunch buffet on 1-13-25. It was not packed but surprisingly busy for a Monday. The food on the buffet line was fresh and continuously refilled. I especially enjoyed the garlic bread sticks. There seemed to be only 1 employee (a young man) responsible for the front desk as well as the entire dine in section but he was impressively on top of things. No one waited to be seated, he was very informative and brought drink refills before we even thought to ask for them and never let the buffet run empty. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he is certainly a hard worker and a credit to the company. Well done!

Super disappointed. I paid for extra mushrooms and got 2 small pieces on each slice. Don’t waste your money.
